The hotel vibe is quite charming, with an Alice In Wonderland theme. The front desk staff were all very polite and helpful. The room size, we took a studio, was quite large for israel standards. The breakfast was a typical Israeli breakfast, food was plentiful with a nice variety of foods, salads, cheeses, pastries, cereal, eggs, etc. one small issue, they could use one more person to help with coffee in the morning. The cleaning staff were so very sweet and friendly. Overall a great experience. We were happy we were in Tel Aviv, but not central TA, so the traffic was much better in this area. This was my second visit and I would definitely return here again, just wish they had parking available.

We're frequent travellers to Tel Aviv and know the city and its hotels very well. If you don't need a swimming pool (the beach is across the road) then this is a fantastic boutique hotel, situated right by the new port (lots of shops and restaurants) in the north of the city. We loved the 1930's salon style of the lounge and breakfast room and the bedroom was modern and more minimalist but with all the amenities you would want from a hotel bedroom. We were very fortunate and got the most amazing upgrade to a roof terrace suite - large bedroom and large lounge area with a wrap around terrace with sun loungers and views overlooking Tel Aviv and the sea - gorgeous! We love an Israeli breakfast buffet and this was a really good one. Finally, the staff were so lovely and helpful. Appreciating we got the upgrade, but this is still a fabulous hotel and really reasonable rates for Tel Aviv! Will definitely be coming back to stay.…

We arrived late into Tel Aviv and wanted a hotel which is not too far from the airport, and yet located in an area where there are interesting things to see/do the following day. This hotel is only about 30km away, and suits our purpose. We arranged airport transfer with the hotel prior to our arrival, and they arranged this for us very promptly and efficiently. The taxi company contacted us via WhatsApp (with the free wifi at the airport), and everything worked out very smoothly for us. Our rooms were very spacious and quiet. We have all the necessary amenities that we needed. The breakfast was very good and the staff were all very attentive and helpful. We were able to walk to the nearby Port, visited the Port Market, and strolled along the seafront promenade. There were many restaurants and shops along the stretch of the promenade and it was very lively. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. …

I had the chance to stay at Play Seaport Hotel Tel Aviv for a business trip and it was incredible! The hotel provides all the comforts of home with a variety of amenities for business travelers. If you're looking for a business hotel that offers comfortable and affordable accommodations, then this hotel with 77 nice rooms is definitely worth considering. While it may not have a swimming pool or parking, the amazing breakfast and helpful staff more than make up for it. This charming hotel is a really peculiar one, excellently located next to the Tel Aviv port and Park Ha Yarkon, where we have delighted in walking along the river observing different animals and birds; shopping area is really close, some garment shops you’ll find in the port, and big shopping malls are in several bus stops from the hotel; transport is convenient, buses go frequently, to the nearest train station Tel Aviv University only a few bus stops, just mind that you need to purchase a special transport card named Rav Kav. The hotel, it’s interiors, made with love, I would say, and the affable reception team made us feel very cosy, they are gladly ready for a nice small talk when there is time. The weird pictures on the walls of the lobby and restaurant area (famous bar Fantastic is situated here, by the way) have awoken my curiosity, and when I asked, I was told that they are by an American painter that apparently depicted his fancies on “Alice in Wonderland” by Lewis Carrol and that the interiors are of the same style. The living room reminded me, however, more of “The time machine” by H.Wells: drowning in semi-darkness, with it’s cabinets, lined with interesting books, and arm-chairs, standing next to artificial fire-places; this place simply takes your mind away to the period of the end of 19th century and can encourage artist’s fantasy or bring a fatigued person moments of rest. Our room was nice and clean, and it would be an inadmissible mistake not to mention breakfasts, which were a pleasure for us, and the restaurant staff, Alice and Fadi, were amazing. What is more left to be said but that we’ll be back, and if not, this place and its atmosphere and the time we’ve passed here is forever embalmed in our memory. …

Very nice and cozy hotel. Spacious rooms compare to other hotels. Very nice breakfast, with the same, but various assortment every day. Inna, the administrator at the desk, is extremely helpful and nice. If the management reads this, please make her a promotion! Other administrators are not so helpful. What I struggle with is room cleaning: the lady took my dirty towel and washed the toilet with it)) I am not sure it should be like this. The hotel is just by the sea and there is a very interesting bar just in the hotel so the hotel is worth staying.

Very interesting hotel, with nice vibes. Super helpful staff. Amazing breakfast with with good service. We got a new room in last floor with balcony. In our room was amazing working zone. Very big room, I think 75 square metres (+-). The hotel strongly recommended.
