We originally booked only 4 nights and were planning on trying another hotel for the 2nd half of our trip.
We had such a great experience that we decided to extend our stay at this hotel.
The manager Dani and his team are focused on making you feel at home and looking out for your best experience.
The rooms were great, we first stayed in the room with a private jacuzzi on the terrace and then to a deluxe suite, both had incredible ocean views with breathtaking sunsets.
The beds were super comfortable, we slept really good every night there.
The location is incredible, 1 block from the beach and a short walk to Shuk HaCarmel, Dizengoff Center and many great restaurants and bars.
The hotel has complimentary Prosecco and Coffee in the lobby 24/7 for your pleasure and their restaurant serves a great breakfast until 3pm. The breakfast is huge so you might want to make it your lunch.
We look forward to staying here again and highly recommend it.

Greetings,
We were at the hotel during the war and the hotel was full of evacuees.
When we arrived at the hotel (I always check in before and pay before), there was a good atmosphere. The girls at the reception saw that I was with a baby and at that moment they sent me a baby bed to the room. In addition, we received a room upgrade (we did not ask for it).
When we entered the room there was a greeting bought with chocolate. It was very beautiful.
Regarding breakfast I can't say and don't want to say anything because we were not at a normal time so I hope it's not a normal hotel breakfast because we couldn't find anything to eat. A girl ate cornflakes and I took coffee with a cookie.
We will return to the hotel in a more relaxed period.
Thank you very much for a vacation.
I can say that only people who work at the hotel make the experience of guests.
Little things are what matter.
Best regards ,
Alona

My wife and I stayed in the Brown Beach House for our wedding anniversary on 10/6 having received a gift voucher from her work colleagues for the hotel group. We knew of the hotel as my wife had enjoyed at Spa day there with our daughter earlier in the year and chose it from an extensive list of Brown Hotels in Israel..
On this occasion I must say that in broad terms we were generally disappointed with our experience. To start with the positives, the staff were courteous, professional and thoughtful and highly accommodating throughout our short 3 day visit. Additionally, the breakfasts were quite excellent with a varied menu and plentiful portions of delicious food.
Conversely, the room accommodation was extremely poor and wholly underwhelming. To be specific, we had booked a ' Standard' room and were given Room 400. To be clear, this is a converted Mamad (Safe Room used in the event of rocket attacks) It was not a conventional hotel bedroom and really should be clarified as such in the descriptions with subsidies provided for guests designated these rooms. There is almost no natural light, the living space is tiny and there is an eccentric sequence of narrow corridors within the room itself that navigate from the entrance to the bedroom. Efforts have been made to conceal the typical fittings in a Mamad and give the room an appearance of normality but there is little to disguise the actual nature of the space itself. I imagine that this is not the normal standard of accommodation in the hotel but having nothing with which to compare except marketing images we drew the conclusion that the Brown Beach was not a place to which we would choose to return.

The worst hotel I have stayed in in recent years. I ordered vouchers in the sale but the reservations department does not know how to manage their offers, neither does the reception at the hotel. It is not possible to contact the reception either from the rooms or from the entrance to the hotel, they simply do not answer. The rooms and the entire hotel are dirty. The lobby is full of mosquitoes. The reception is extremely busy with guests who complain non-stop about air conditioners or TVs that don't work. Lack of towels. Mini bars are empty and for those who have groceries in them, they are not refrigerated. Bad breakfast (we were not served part of the meal because there was no room on the table). Worst housekeeping. Towels are not changed, the room is not cleaned, and if so, at irregular hours. We happened to have dirt in the basement, they didn't clean it, they just covered it with the blanket.
It is enough to see the 2 attached photos of our room to understand how bad the hotel is.

The hotel has the potential to be great. It’s the little things where it needs to improve. Location is great, bed was really comfortable. We had a great room… because we expressed our extreme disappointment with the first room we were given that in no way resembled the photos online. The second room was an improvement but was an adjoining room and therefore had zero sound barrier to the room next door. Thankfully the manager decided to take it upon herself to ensure we were treated well & she was lovely & extremely professional. We were guests for 12 days & the room with its own little sitting area was perfect. Where improvements are needed: cleanliness - the housekeeping staff is a bit hit & miss. We twice ran out of toilet paper, soap often wasn’t replenished, robes removed and not returned, robes without belts, cleanliness definitely needs some work, a bit of furniture & paint touch ups/cleaning. Reception staff were also hit & miss. Often sitting on their phones whereas others friendly. Breakfast was nice BUT the staff at the restaurant were mostly simply unsuited for hospitality work. Service was far more miss than any hits, the manager was generally sitting on the side smoking, a smile was like winning the lottery. As I said, the little things. I love Israel & have visited countless times & yes, service isn’t usually great in general but with some attention to detail & a bit of focus on staff training, this could really be a great place to stay. I’d definitely consider returning and hope to see these little things improved next time

Pros: location, stylish decor, glass of champagne at check-in. Cons: no dining onsite after 3pm, no pool, and terrible service.
The last is what killed the experience for me. First, the front desk recommended a pizza restaurant roughly 15 minutes away by taxi, but it turns out the restaurant is closed every Monday. It was Monday. So that sucked. Second, I asked the person at the front desk to arrange a car service so we could go to kibbutz outside the city. The person refused and told me to download the local taxi app to figure it out myself. Third, my husband asked for a quick room clean and the housekeepers never showed up. Fourth, zero help with luggage (no bellhop or luggage cart or anything). Finally, when I asked the person at the front desk if they had any tips or tricks for the local beaches, they said “if you hear sirens, run inside.” Seriously?! How about here is how to use the public umbrella rentals or the best beaches so we didn’t have to ask the other tourists for advice?! I am ignoring the lack of any type of greeting or acknowledgment when we came and went because maybe it’s cultural to ignore guests, and also the perpetual backup at the front desk because waiting is annoying but reasonable.
Bottom line: when you pay these prices, it’s fair to expect folks to make some kind of effort to be helpful.
I recommend the Orchid Hotel about one block away because it’s the same price, pool onsite, directly on the beach, and their staff seemed nicer. Or pay a little more and go to the Kaminsky Hotel across the street for true luxury.

Thank you for your review. We were disappointed to read that your experience with us was so different than most of our guests, service is the most important part for us and to read that we have failed you surprised us. We have countless reviews here that speak about our great service and we will do our investigation to see what went wrong. We do hope that you will give us a second chance having you as our guest.

There’s a lot of good things to be said about this hotel. It has a very friendly staff and an affordable parking garage,’is close to the beach and nearby the best shopping and restaurant area. We’ve stayed in two other Browne hotels before and the Beach House shares with the others that somebody has thought about the interior design. There are many nice details and a spacious marble bathroom is among them. The bed is also comfortable. But the beach house fails in a couple of dimensions, and a few of them are crucial for a pleasant stay. Number one is noise: the hotel is on a noisy street at a crossing with a traffic light. Given that Tel Avivians like to use their horns, it’s surprising the hotel doesn’t have better sound isolation. It’s virtually like you’re sleeping on the street. Second, there is no individual AC control in the room. So the choice is between opening your balcony door or sweating through the night. Third, there aren’t many electricity outlets. Not next to the beds, and all the others were taken by lamps. So we had switch of the lights to charge our phones. Fourth, the sofa is not a sofa bed. Instead, when you book a room for four, they place another bed in the room and lay sheets on the seating part of the sofa. That’s weird, especially if the hotel rooms costs 500 USD. Finally, the room is starting to get worn down and you sense that then place has already had its glory days. Overall, I would have been extremely happy here in my backpacker time and felt I was in a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, it’s not.

I took my wedding planning there and it was just a nightmare.
After a delay I got a "suite" which is not even up to the standard of an average room, the room was extremely dirty, small and old
I asked them to come see the room, it's not what I asked for and what I saw in the pictures, and in addition it is dirty and small
Their service was appalling, they did not respond and answered me with the answer that there is nothing to do and if I want they will order cleaning which will take a long time, and it was already 17:00 it is important to note after all the delays until we got the room.
Only after I cried my life out because yes, the next day I'm getting married and I have no room for suppliers, etc. in the room they said that the next day at 9 o'clock they would change my room, at 9 o'clock the next day the room wasn't even ready. We waited for them to finish preparing it, the air conditioner did not work and as usual it was dirty.
Everything we asked for took a million years.
In short, a trash can hotel, service below criticism, shocking breakfast.
dirty. Just one big disappointment I won't go back there even for a penny.

While the hotel is in a great location close to the beach, there were some unfortunate experiences I had.
Even when I put the request on the door to clean the room, it was very clear that they did a poor, half job of cleaning. They did not replenish the towels, toilets paper, or coffee pods and the sheets still had makeup stains on them. They didn’t even take out all the trash.
Literally everyday we called for more items and my friend even had to dry herself after a shower with a dirty bathrobe because we waiting too long for towels.
Upon check out I shared this feedback and the front desk was unprofessional about it and brushed me off like it was my problem. I emailed the hotel manager Dikla and he never responded.
