The Royal Beach Tel Aviv enjoys a prime location that guests frequently laud, offering easy access to beaches and local attractions. Many find the hotel's atmosphere chic yet slightly unconventional, with a few noting areas in need of a touch-up. Rooms are generally praised for their cleanliness and views, despite some size concerns and calls for updates. While the service is often described as friendly and professional, instances of delays and inexperienced staff have been noted. The hotel's amenities, including the stunning pool and spa, receive high marks, but some travelers question the overall value for the price.

My husband and I stayed at the Isrotel Royal Beach Tel Aviv this weekend and we were absolutely blown away by how AMAZING everything was during our stay.

We were (understandably) nervous about the hotel’s ability to adhere to COVID-19 guidelines, and they handled everything spectacularly. Someone at the front door took your temperature every time you went into the hotel, an on the weekend temperatures were taken before going into the dining room as well. Every single staff member was always with a mask (worn correctly) and gloves, there were hand sanitizer options everywhere, plus partitions when checking in and out of the hotel. The dining room was buffet, but everything was either pre-plated or served by a member of the hotel staff so hotel goers weren’t touching things.

The service at the hotel throughout our stay was also incredible. Everyone was there to help, quickly and with a great attitude. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough.

The hotel is located in a really nice place in Tel Aviv . ( my birth city ) stuff are very nice and friendly . The hotel is very well kept and maintenance are very good. I was told that this hotel has an accessible and adapted rooms for wheelchair users . I must admit that I was surprised to find out many un friendly issues for disabled persons.
The best thing is the mattress of the bed that was firm and orthopedic . The room is small for a wheelchair user and the shower as well.. One of the most important issues for handicapped in hotels are the size of the room and the shower space..In the shower I was amazed that the flush of the toilet is far and unreachable for me to use.
The roll in shower needed to be fixed by removing the glass wall so I can reach it.
The room has a nice balcony but with no access for wheelchair to use it.
All together me and my wife had a good and pleasant time in this hotel.
Surely one of the nicest hotels on the famous promenade in Tel Aviv...
If you have some kind of disability check to make sure it will meet with your needs...

I am staying at the Isrotal Royal Beach for already quite some times! I would say that I have intense knowledge about hotels and specially the 5-Star hospitality business ..
The Isrotel Royal Beach hotel has a very friendly, absolute supportive, care taking and professional staff, giving you a great service. and a feeling like coming home. From checking in at the professional frontdesk, through the great concierge service, super breakfast buffet with attentive friendly service, always finding a clean house, well equipped spa & gym, nice arranged outdoor pool situation - you will find all you need to enjoy you stay! Yes, I would clearly say this is the place to stay in Tel Aviv. Forget about the rest the Isrotel Royal beach by far is the best .. !

The hotel is located ever so slightly north of the main drag and noise and, depending on your room offers great views of the beach and sun-set or great city views.

Concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful as were the rest of the lobby staff.
The room, however, was not so nice. We were located on a lower floor, even though we paid for an upgrade to a suite – I guess the suites are on the low floors.

Fortunately it was relatively quiet. However, the two main rooms of the suite were small and I sometime wonder whether it is worth the upgrade. In this case I would say no.

Decoration of the rooms is modern but it felt dated already, almost like the earlier W Hotels. The lobby was nice but the rooms could have been better.

Upgrades, paid or otherwise, do have advantages and a nice one in this case was breakfast, which was hosted at the top of the hotel with really nice little private alcoves – a great experience.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and paid around £250 average for the 3 nights. I found that expensive considering the room I had was on the 3rd floor on the side of the building. I was pretty much above the carpark entrance and seemingly also where deliveries are made to the hotel. So, it was very noisy till quite late and early in the morning. The view was also terrible of old run down buildings. Also, given the outside temperature was only 18c, I had to use the aircon constantly as when I switched it off, the room (307) would get very hot, very quickly to around 29c.

Breakfast was also around £30 which is very expensive. Even when you compare this to other hotels around the world, £30 for a breakfast is very high.

The hotel is very nice in parts inside and I think if you get a room higher and at the front of the hotel, then the views would be much better.

I was overall disappointed though.

Me and my boyfriend went to celebrate his birthday and decided to stay at Royal Beach Hotel in Tel-Aviv.
We stayed for one night and booked massages at SPA in the hotel.
The room was clean, breakfast was good except for coffee.
Spa facilities were good and good service, but there were a lot of really loud people. After we finished the relaxing massage, we went to the Turkish steam room, and there came a group of super loud people, who would leave the door of the steam room open. When we asked them to be quite, they responded really impolite to us and one of them started yelling and threw a bowl with water to the floor. We were shocked and went to complain to the SPA desk manager.
This was really disappointing since we just wanted to relax in the calming atmosphere, but this group of people and some other guests of the SPA were really really loud.
I liked my massage, it was excellent, quiet and relaxing. My boyfriend said that his massage was really painful and the masseuse guys wouldn't stop chatting with him.
In women's lockers area in the SPA some women left used pad and tucked it between the wall and the bench and it was disgusting. I told about this to a SPA desk manager and her response was that "It happens a lot here".
I asked that the manager of the guest experience call us and she did. She apologized for the disturbing yelling that was there and said that they would give us a 25% discount for our next SPA visit.
But we decided not to go back there, although it is in fact a nice hotel, the sort of the guest that stay there are clearly barbarians.
If you are looking for a quiet SPA, this is definitely not the place.

We chose the Royal Beach to celebrate my 60th birthday, expecting a top notch experience. We have previously stayed in most of the other Tel Aviv hotels, including the Hilton, Carlton, Dan and David Intercontinental. We paid up for a room with executive lounge access at the Royal Beach.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. Everything we wanted seemed a battle. Starting with housekeeping, where we had no towels or toiletries on multiple days, the hotel appeared to go out of its way to be not accommodating.
The Good: Our executive room was very modern and nice. The lounge was good, but far from outstanding. I do not think it was worth the extra spend, and i love lounges.
The Not So Good - We have an early Sunday morning flight, so we asked for a late checkout. The only option they had for late checkout was to spend $300 to stay till 9PM. We considered it, and on Friday afternoon, we asked them for the late checkout. They told us the room had already been reserved, and we couldn't stay. We needed to meet on with a manager to correct the situation.
The Bizarre: There is no Shabbat lunch buffet served in the hotel. There is room service, but not a great option for a Shabbat meal(plus, how do you actually call room service on Shabbat?). No problem, we went to buy some takeout in the Shuk. So we asked for a small fridge in the room, and were told that there are no fridges. So we asked if we could store our food in a fridge somewhere in the hotel, and again were told we couldn't. Pretty unbelievable that Shomer Shabbat people are not accommodated for meals on Shabbat. I have had hotels all over the world be more helpful.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. I wish I would have booked the Carlton or the dan instead.

The Royal Beach Hotel is one block from the beach. It is a very modern, large, upscale hotel. The lobby is enormous and has a bar area off to one side. My room was large and had a small balcony with a beach view to the side. The room had some weird, red "mood lighting" that I could not figure out how to turn off. I called the desk and they sent up someone right away who determined the switch was not working and turned off the red lights at the electrical box.

The service was excellent. When a few of us were looking for a nearby restaurant to have lunch on Saturday when the hotel restaurant is closed for lunch, one of the staff actually walked us down a couple of blocks to a great Russian restaurant.

The restaurant serves an unbelievable buffet for both breakfast and dinner.I think this is the largest buffet I have ever seen.

The hotel does observe the Jewish sabbath and has a shabbos elevator that on shabbos automatically stops on every floor. I noticed that some guests were perplexed by the sign on the elevator that merely said "shabbos elevator" with no explanation.
