this was a last minute change from AB&B apt for 4, as neither of my boys could make it, so why pay for unused rooms. What a stroke of luck it was to find this gem. Granted we stayed in the Royal suite (room 3), while I have not seen the other rooms, I highly recommend this one. Was huge, size of two rooms with large, soft king size bed, sofa, table chairs outside patio with tree (fences so you can’t see much.) there is also a refrigerator coffee maker and swing inside. Check in is via code for gate. We bought the included breakfast, which was at Café Alma. While not being the huge buffet, it was probably the best tasting of the trip. The location in Neve Tzedek was also fantastic. The best part was although it was purim and shabbat, and right outside our window were cafes and a bar, we heard no noise, the blackout curtains work perfectly. We got the best sleep of the entire trip here. I would go back,

Lovely room, great atmosphere, very romantic and spacy. Located at the heart of Neve Tzedek. Resturants, museum and beach are all walking distance. Highly reccommended for couples who are looking for a night or two to relax. Could be suitable with a child if necessary😅

I would call it "shabby but not chic", it was not very clean, long white curtain separating the space between the living room and the bedroom, was rather grey from dust and dirt. The house is badly insulated, so got super warm and stuffy during the day. The air conditioner was awful, dirty and noisy so we avoided using it. There was a container outside the property, right under the window where the builders started to damp garbidge at 7am in the morning. It was very loud and no consideration for us. At night there was a noise I heard in the small outside area/ terrace, when I turned the lights there was a thick line of cockroaches running on the wall near the plants.....300 euros a night for this accommodation, too pricy. Not what I expected, especially after reading all those wonderful reviews....

Great location with incredibly helpful and generous host Elie. Everything you could possibly need! Very comfortable and a personal rather than impersonal experience with your own front door and no hotel staff. Lovely little verandah on the front and small secluded back garden at the rear to enjoy an early morning coffee or sundowner. Breakfast vouchers for two amazing restaurants including Alma around the corner and Meshek Barzilay next door, a wonderful vegan place. I hope you are lucky enough to experience all that we enjoyed here - its a really great spot and gorgeous decor. Its not for you if you want a sanitised classic large hotel experience but truly excellent if you want something more individual and quirky. Great location and faultless service.

Elie and his wife have created a charming oasis in the middle of Neve Tzedek. One room is more creative than the next, giving you a feeling that you are home. There is even a swing inside! They provide tea, coffee, milk and water for you. The location could not be more perfect and the price is right. We will definitely be returning.

Great rooms in a historical building, lovingly furnished, with small terrace. A dreamlike retreat after activities in Tel Aviv. All you have to do is fall out of the door and you are right in the middle of an interesting old quarter of Tel Aviv, with art, galleries, bars and restaurants. The host lives around the corner, is always available and helpful, be it for restaurant tips or wishes around the suite.

Had a wonderful couple's getaway at Trieste Boutique Hotel. The location of the hotel is amazing: bordering the fabulous Rothschild Ave and in the heart of Neve Zedek. The beach is only a stone throws away. Eli and Paula are wonderful hosts and their personal and original touch is felt in every corner. We stayed in the Deluxe Room (room 2)which was very spacious and airy. There were two little patios (front and back), an in room jacuzzi (separated by a folding pagoda if you are in need of some personal privacy). Getting in and out of the jacuzzi was a bit tricky since it is a bit high. The decor was a combination of flea market memorabilia and romantic French design. There is even a wooden swing in the middle of the room for all you "swingers":) We were pampered with fruits, sweets, cookies, a bottle of wine, Nespresso coffee and a wide assortment of herbal teas. There was plenty of reading material ( English and Hebrew paperbacks) and a large flat screen T.V. . The bed was large and super comfortable with cotton sheets. There were ample towels ( even a set for the beach) and cloth slippers. We were however surprised that there weren' bathrobes. We would suggest including bathrobes as well . Thanks Eli and Paula for a great time!

We had such a great time staying here! I could not think of a more perfect location, as you are a five or ten minute walk from almost all of the top restaurants and cafes in the city. The decor was charming, and the amenities in the room were really great for relaxing after a day of exploring or beaching. Elie and Paula are fantastic hosts, and Elie was a great source are the best resources if you need recommendations of any kind. We will definitely be back.

I stayed at Neve Tzedek Suites for 16 days with my daughter and sister(s). We stayed in the "Romantic Suite" for one night and the "Royal Suite" for 15 nights. The property is so charming and room pictures on the website acurately reflect the accommodations. The suites are located in the desirable Neve Tzdek neighbourhood, a 20 second walk from Shabazi Street which has a plethora of amazing restaurants, shopping and 10 minute walk to the beach. The hotel is a short walk to the Suzanne Dellal Dance Centre and Rothschild Avenue, Hacarmel market, Levinsky market, Sarona Market, the bi-weekly craft fair and so much more. Our host Elie and is wife go out of their way to make you feel at home. Elie met us at the property upon our arrival from the airport. He had fresh milk, fruit, chocolates and water in the fridge for us. Each day he would check in with us to see if we needed anything, provide recommendations on restaurants, must-see activities, public transportation....anything we needed. He even put us in touch with an amazing tour guide for a trip to Masada and The Dead Sea. Our room had a private outdoor, covered patio and air conditioning - a must with hot Tel Aviv summer temperatures. I highly recommend this property and cannot wait to return to Tel Aviv again to stay at Elie's suites.
