We absolutely love this hotel! Everything about this place is perfect: location, clean rooms, courtesy of the whole staff from the front desk up to management. The bar downstairs, Bellboy, is unique and fun! Right in the heart of urban Tel Aviv City. You can walk along Rothchilds Blvd and enjoy the city life. No doubt in my mind we will continue going to The Berdichevsky Hotel and enjoy all the accommodations they have to offer.

Of an amazing stay! A real shame as the location is top notch. The rooms and bedding are top notch. It’s the service and the appalling lack of self awareness - that - I’m sorry, as hip at your Bar/Brunch spot Bellboy, you canNOT disassociate it from your hotel experience, ESPECIALLY since you force your guests to walk thru said venue to get into their rooms!? While I appreciate the Bellboy is popular AF on evenings, I don’t appreciate attitude nor response that “you should have made a reservation”. guess what? I DIDNT KNOW! Normal procedure would be to a) invite PAYING ROOM guests in advance of arrival via email like normal hotels do explaining their “amenities” and b) at check-in maybe mention it?! And don’t get me started on the useless breakfast voucher on Fridays and Saturdays where the action is at Bellboy, not the crappy cafes (check google review) blocks away. While I write this, the hotel has acknowledged my shock and disappointment and covered my brunch so thank you. But guys - get real - WELCOME your paying guests to this ASSET of Bellboy; don’t make them feel excluded as an outsider especially when it’s easy to alter this behavior / situation. And I work in the Tourism industry.…

Dear Guest, First,thank you for the feedback. I'm open to criticism and believe that guests criticism is very important and makes me better all the time. However, even if a guest did not ''connect'' or liked the hotel's concept he still have to respect it as we respect our guests,using the ward crappy for me it's unacceptable. Any guest from any channel gets a welcome mail with all the information if there is a mail,you booked with a channel that is not delivering mails that's why you didn't receive the information. The reception staff will have a remainder to talk about the bar and brunch at every check-in as we usually do. The hotel is so nice in the middle of beautiful Tel Aviv !! The room and the sheets was amazing and super spoiling... we had an amazing massage right at the next door room which was so cool:) and the most fun part was the Bell boy !! The best bar in Tel Aviv for sure!! The service was amazing ,The food was unbelievable!! The best cocktails in the world and such an amazing experience!! We will definitely come back to this place!!!!super recommended!!!

We stayed overnight in Tel Aviv and found this gem online. The hotel is quite small but is located just a few steps from a lot of restaurants and bars, but if you want a drink- do yourself a favor and stay at the hotel bar which is very sophisticated and trendy. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable although the view is to adjacent buildings . I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again.
