Detailed Reviews
The room was adequate, well furnished with a very array of bathroom amenities. Coffe and tea provide and two bottels of complementary water was a very nice touch. A small but very nice pool with an adjacent lobby bar and ample sundeck and chairs was complimentary and the hotel is immediately adjacent to the famed beachse of Tel Aviv. Great views of the Ocean

Despite from the excellent location and the friendly staff Orchid hotel is good for business and leisure. I particullarly enjoy running along the promenade early in the morning before enjoying the excellent breakfast. My recommendation is to have the little-bit-of-everything omellete!

Great hotel. Comfortable rooms and very good service. This hotel is conveniently located (near the beach) and you will enjoy the terrace with that view on a nice day.
Breakfast is very complete (the Israeli way) although you'd look for a convenient time because it gets too crowded.

This is a well situated hotel with great views of the beach front. It’s a large hotel within two blocks and has many floors. The hotel was clean and the room clean and fresh on arrival. The hotel staff are not overly friendly and hardly ever speak to you, whether it’s on reception, in the dining room or the housekeeping, the staff just seem to blank you. Rather odd for an hotel! The room we had was ok but we couldn’t see the sea from the window because the windows were incredibly dirty which was rather a shame. Breakfast had a Mediterranean feel, lots of choices but not international. Chef cooking omelettes didn’t speak either though the omelettes were ok. Fresh orange juice machine was the only choice of juice. This was lovely as freshly squeezed but it was a temperamental machine which constantly blocked. The salad bar was very fresh with good choice. Lots of cakes but the fresh fruit was somewhat disappointing. There was work going on in the hotel which was sometimes noisy and it wasn’t helped by the room walls being very thin. The bed was very big with nice sheets but a bit squeaky every time you moved or turned over. The hotel is nice but is showing signs of wear in places and the management need to talk to the staff about customer relations. It is an ideally situated hotel for the beach and for restaurants/shops and cafes. It was nice but could be so much better.

My husband and I went on a 3 day vacation at the Orchid Hotel we booked a month in advance a room overlooking the pool we paid in advance. We arrived at the hotel in the evening and got a room not overlooking the pool or anywhere, the beds on the top floor were untidy and next to them lay pills, the doors have no handle, the TV does not work at all, a hole in the wall next to the TV, instead of a nice balcony Broken filth. We had to go twice to reception and explain to her that it is very far from what we ordered and paid for it she apologized said they have "over booking" this is how our room got someone else, of course we did not accept this claim and waited about 3 hours for a new room but what new room is far from facing the pool is In fact, I went straight to the reception of the reception staff. The next day the hotel manager sat down with us for a conversation and offered us dinner at the hotel (which we had already received the night before and did not bother to use) and compensation of 400 shekels we claimed we spent an evening and a whole night because of their mistake and after judgment he just told us "so cancel your extra night here "My husband could not stand it anymore. He left his office and only at noon did we get the room we had booked when we were told to talk to our customer relations. No problem the next day I contacted the guy in charge of customer relations while I showed him the pictures from the room and explained the situation to him and at some point just started crying he promised me a refund for the room and they would send us a letter with a free night to our house. A month passed I received no credit and no free night beyond that after I wrote a private message to the same guy from customer relationships (he gave me his phone) he did not remember me at all (I wonder how many customers cry for him in the office he does not remember) claimed to check and he does not remember and from there In fact, his traces have disappeared. I highly recommend you no matter what price you offer there you will consider it very well because for us it just ruined the whole vacation in a horrible way. We're definitely not going back there anymore.

This hotel is a scam, we stayed there in October: three families in three different rooms and when checking out we issued the payment in cash, however the hotel insists with the credit card company that we did not pay. We have the payment receipt made in cash and we have been dealing with this situation since October. Almost 6 months later, the management of this hotel says they have not received the payment when all the receipts and cameras of the hotel show otherwise. Do not go, unless you wan't to pay twice.

My first experience to the hotel was with someone knocking at my door yelling: out out fire.... so you can imagine the panic. But all went well.
The hotel was operating at full house, with a lot of noisy and loud French Jewish customers. who the employees could not handle since it was uncotrollable who was getting in and out of the hotel and the rooms. One night there were out of my door at the floor, at 4 in the morning talking loud and laughing.
Other than that I need to admit that at the beginning I was harsh with the employees since I come from a country where we value tourism highly and there is a lot of politeness, because I thought they didnt care. But after talking to them for a few minutes I realized how frustrated they feel because of the type of customers they need to serve and I empathized with them.
I am a strong believer that people are those who make the difference in every organization that is why I want to stress how amazing people were Mario, Olga and Ben at the reception who are willing to do the extra mile only for a smile and of course Yafit at the breakfast kitchen who opened her kitchen for me at 6 o'clock just to have something to eat and gave me also a breakfast basket to take with me and saved my day. And a huge thank you to Mario who went and ask for it last minute.
Unfortunately, I miss the name of a gentleman who went up in my room with the fire, first day, to bring my phone and was always asking me if I need anything and if I was comfortable in my room.
All of you fabulous people are those that add value to Orchid hotel.
Thank you for your care and hospitality.

The food was awful, the hotel manger was shouting at workers in the hallway, the staffed looked tired and sad, the room was small and overpriced.
The receptionists where very nice and so was the veiw and beach, the host was trying to convince me to give a good review.
Overall not a recommended hotel,
but Tel Aviv Beach is the best

Let me add my voice to the chorus: the service here is terrible.
Aside from the frustratingly long wait to speak to someone, the front desk staff cannot be bothered to say hello, smile, or make you feel welcome.
The welcome area that includes water, juice, and pastries quickly devolves into a mess and eye sore. My early morning check out lasted too long because no one was manning the front desk. And while not a deal breaker, my tv didn’t work. I didn’t even bother to report it because I had zero confidence that the staff or management would do anything.
If you see a deal for this place, just go in with your eyes wide open: it’s a well located hotel and your intention should be to spend as little time in it as possible.

We stayed in a deluxe room with balcony for the great sea views. The balcony was large and well equipped with sun lounges, chairs and a table. The external windows were dirty and spoilt the view from inside. We noticed poor painting detail in many of the communal areas, and the executive lounge which detracted from the overall presentation of the hotel. We had to remind reception staff that our booking included lounge access, although it was readily provided on checking our online booking confirmation. The food in the lounge was adequate for both an afternoon snack and evening meal. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. We would stay here again as it was much better than the other Tel Aviv hotel we were allocated during our group tour.

No shuttle. There is an agreed taxi price from the hotel to the airport of 200 schekel. From the airport to the hotel I paid about 240 schekel. It is quite far
Many in the main tower do. Ask if you need it. Also all rooms in the main tower have spectacular sea views. You will love it there.
Only off a rock peer near the beach but there's nothing to catch
