Dear lorenzov1964, Thank you for your time and giving a review on the hotel. We are glad to hear that the room was comfortable for you and that you enjoyed the fruits and coffee at the reception in the morning. It is unfortunate for us to hear that regarding the room service and the cleanliness of the windows. We will forward it to the management for future improvement. We really hope that you enjoyed your trip to Tel-Aviv, nevertheless. Best regards, Prima Tel-Aviv

Having come from a very average stay at BY14 hotel in TelAviv, where I had no positive interactions with any staff, I thought perhaps this was actually Israeli hospitality. Maybe they are just reserved people and … don’t smile… so that’s wrong! Prima hotel from the moment of check in we were greeted with a smile, despite all the questions being thrown at the kind receptionist. He remained cool and completely professional and pleasant. The room would be a 5/5 but for the glass door on the toilet allowing all to see anyone sat on the toilet from the bedroom. Awful design choice. The bathroom door doesn’t even go the floor, it’s barely more private than a public bathroom, and it’s glass too. So it’s a 3/5. We’ve been allocated a “tour group” room, opposite the elevator and above a noisy alleyway, saying that, it was fine, not much noticeable noise…aside from the nightly rubbish collection beeps at below the window! Otherwise great location. Our tours departed before restaurant opening hours for breakfast, yet the restaurant staff allowed us in 10 minutes early each morning which was all we needed. Thanks to them! Laundry was also done quickly too, not even selecting express it was same day! Great staff and good location, if bathroom privacy is not super high on your list I’d recommend this place.

This is a lovely hotel, well located, close to the beach and the city is within easy reach. Mine was a very small room but adequate and the staff are multilingual and very helpful. Josef at reception stands head and shoulders above his colleagues. Maintains good eye contact, uses the guest's name, has a friendly demeanour and stands up when a guest comes to the desk.

Breakfast is very good, large choice of foods and drinks on offer.

The restaurant is let to different company and is quite frankly not worth visiting limited choice and staff with an attitude.

The hotel is a little older, but it’s in a fantastic location. All the staff are very nice. Bathrooms are a but small; but, for the price, The bottled water left each day was a pleasant surprise, and the beach and boardwalk are just behind the hotel. I would definitely use it again.

I just come back form my journey in Tel Aviv where I stayed for a week with my teenager son. I highly recommend this hotel: the rooms are spacious and stylish decorated. The personnel is always very helpful and the view on the sea wonderful.
Not to forget the breakfast that is absolutely superb: every day they prepare you an israelian breakfast with a lot of delights. I will definitely come back as soon as I can

I had a short stay at this hotel which involved changing rooms no less than three times. The location is in the heart of Tel Aviv, but there is no excuse for noise caused by ill-fitting windows and, even more ridiculously, the Greek taverna downstairs which is part of the hotel with live singers into the night. (The restaurant has a tired look and feel to boot)
There is no peace at this place and, to my mind, this is 3* at best.

We had a ‘superior room’ but honestly it was less than average. The double bed was two cots/toddler beds pushed together. The was no sitting space and the laminate floorboards were separated in several places. 2* at best. I think they knew this because at check in they immediately offered as an upgrade to a deluxe room for 300 shekel (£75) a night more. We declined but after a very uncomfortable first night where i kept nearly falling out the bed I went back to speak to reception. We were offered a change of room to the same superior which admittedly was far better - better bed and better floors. We were also offered a deluxe again this time for 100 shekel a night. We took up this offer and got a far far nicer room with a large sofa, large comfortable bed etc.

Beware, stairs up into the hotel. We struggled with our cases. Not sure what you’d do if you were in a wheelchair to get in.

On the upside….

The breakfasts were fabulous israeli style buffets. We loved them.

All the staff were fantastic. The receptionists were super helpful making calls for us, offering restaurant suggestions and just being friendly and very helpful

The lounge area in reception was lovely, loads of seating, A nice sun terrace off of it too.

Tea, coffee and snacks available in reception every afternoon and cold water all the time too.

Very close to the beach, an easy walk to Jaffa one way and the marina the other way. A great location.

So close to the seaside, one could admire the waves from the breakfast room (that is if you were not one of the very lucky few to get a room with seaview)

Room was clean and tidy; bed was comfortable. Only minuses were the lack of noise insulation from the thin windows and the "apparent" toilet door that does not provide any privacy.

Very kind personnel, both at reception and in the breakfast room. Always attentive to tourists' needs. Great variety of food (ok, forget about pork and other meat) and coffee at breakfast was delicious.

Lovely hotel. The single room is small, but has everything one needs while away from home. The shower is small but amazing water pressure and easy to use. The front desk staff was always kind, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and a great variety. Try the croissants, they are totally worth the calories!

Right on the Tel Aviv promenade, this hotel offers you basic rooms with new furnitures and a friendly staff. The breakfast was impressive, as it was the sea view while having a coffee. During the night, in the breakfast area they offer music. The bad part: the room are not soundproofed, and from the promenade noise comes.
