We arrived late around 11PM and this was the first Hotel on tour of Israel. The room was clean and nice and overall great. Checking was fast considering that there were 25 people our group. This being my first trip to Israel, I did not know that we needed adapters to connect our electrical devices: phones, computers, etc. Ahmed, the front desk night manager, provided us with adapters so we could connect our devices. He was a lifesaver. He was very kind, friendly, and made sure that we had a great time in Israel. I highly recommend this place.
We arrived at the hotel around 02:30 AM and were very well received by Ahmad. Ahmad is very kind and friendly, he offered us a cafe with several delicious foods and also an upgrade. We had an amazing reception and treatment. I highly recommend this hotel e thank Ahmed for the kindness.
I stayed repeatedly in this hotel because it has superb location. The rooms are clean and as quite as it gets. Absolutely loved the breakfast, they change them everyday so you don't get bored. Special thanks to one of the managers Mr Mashharawi who was a lovely person to talk to and super helpful.
The hotel is conveniently located by the beach, offering a great selection of amenities, such as a pool and a wonderful array of breakfast choices. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Above all, what made our stay most memorable and comfortable was the warm welcome from the Duty Manager and his innate capacity to satisfy his customers. Thank you Mr Ahmad!
I stayed in this hotel almost three months. The only good thing about this hotel is the location... disgusting dirty rooms with old fashioned furniture. Cockroaches and dust everywhere. The staff is very unprofessional, whenever I asked for something they were very arrogant and shouted into my face. I had many conflicts with the security guy by the entrance. After two months of my stay he asked me (with very angry tone) who am I and if I live in this hotel. Once he was screaming at me when I came back from the beach only in my swim shorts (dry) without the t-shirt. Breakfast is nothing special and definitely doesn't worth it.
We are here for the moment in this hotel, till Sunday. This night I don’t sleep about the noice on the fifth floor. I told this to the reception, but they they nothing special to keep satisfied the customer like us. There is lat of changes. Specially I ask before I booked a high floor with view. I looking to old building and I ask also seaview. By check in they told us that we have a little seaview. If you look very well and stay on your Toes then you see the sea. Not recommended to other customers
The service at this hotel was simply outstanding beginning with the night desk manager Ahmed. We arrived almost a day early, flying all night from Rome. Ahmed took one look at my wife and I and saidI have got to find you a room because you appear so tired, which we were. He promptly found us a beautiful room, at no additional charge. Then he treated us to the most delicious breakfast, and we met Zvulun. A wonderful man who runs the breakfast bar, and what a smorgasbord it is. Beautiful delicious food, laid out so perfectly, and Zvulun adds a personal touch just about every 10 minutes. The entire staff is always trying to make your stay more comfortable. My wife and highly recommend this hotel, and its restaurant, and encourage eveyone to stay here on their next trip to Israel.…
We were booked into this hotel by our tour group. I upgraded from whatever the standard room was in order to get a better hotel. My best estimate is that we would have been scheduled to sleep in the parking lot previously, because if our room was an upgrade, I dread to think what it was previously. I gave two stars for the location, and for the staff. They were very helpful, very polite, and the location was great. But the most important thing about your hotel, is the room. Ours was horrible, and complaints went unanswered. We are a married couple and got a room with two twins pushed together. The beds were made with small sheets, meaning if you pulled them up as far as you could before they came untucked, they only went to mid-chest. As a result you spend most of the night trying to stay under the sheets. Also, the sheets are old, and ripped, as were some of the towels in the tiny bathroom. One of the smallest hotel bathrooms I've ever seen. Tiny. The room itself also had old, torn and dirty curtains, worn out dirty floors, and a general appearance of a worn out Days Inn that was five years past needing a facelift. If you're not from America and don't know what Days Inn is, think low budget roadside motel. If I ever go back to Tel Aviv, I will NOT stay here.…
