I stayed at this brilliant place for 6 nights last week. No doubt Israel is going through hard times but this hotel is here for all of us whether you are in Tel Aviv for business or pleassure or just dropping by for a meeting or eating. The hotel is an icon in the story of Tel Aviv and the employees - many of them been at the hotel for ages - are doing whatever is neccesary to make you stay comfortable. Rachel at the reception being one of seniors in the hotel always asking with a smile to make sure you don’t miss anything and always very helpfull to make sure you are happy and feeling welcome. Facilities are among the best you can get, the breakfast superb with service minded everywhere and the location superb both to the beach and the vibrant city. So some and support and enjoy.

Since we cannot fly anywhere, and getting outta town in this heat involves long drives, we decided to go to our favorite Tel Aviv hotel, for merely one weekend. And it was the best decision. Some pool time, some beach time, great food, and the best part - great ocean view.

The Hilton Tel Aviv is located on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean, and one cannot get enough of that view. You both wake up and go to sleep with the ocean and the city rooftops at your feet. Our room was on the 11th floor, and so the view was nothing short of spectacular.

The seawater pool was merely empty and so it felt like an almost private getaway. We got to fight the heat by swimming in the water and enjoying yet again the wonderful sea view. The pool bar being open, we got to enjoy some wonderful cocktails and chilled wine while the kids could enjoy some ice cream.

The walk to the beach, being lengthier due to Covid-19 regulations was still a marvel as one needs to cross the lawn leading down to the ocean. And the marina being a short stroll away as well offered great local fish cuisine for dinner.

As for breakfast, the great selection the Hilton buffet is known for remained intact despite corona regulations and our table was filled with everything from pancakes to a variety of bread, fish, cheeses and salads.

All in all, it was a great break from the tension filled routine.

I enjoy staying at the Hilton in Tel-Aviv because after so many years it’s comfortable.

But this is one of the only hotels that does not offer free bottled water in the room! Usually even in 3 star hotels there is at least one bottle of water per guest. Not here. I know it is not a big deal especially at the rates that are paid the 8$ for the available bottle in the room is a big of an insult. It is a thing that the hotel management should consider!

Outside of that, great place to stay

Thank you 867jackt for taking the time to share your comments regarding your recent visit with us. I sincerely apologize that you were disappointed with our mineral bottles distribution in guest rooms. We do send them to the majority of our guests on complimentary bases, for Hhonors members, suites, Executive and Vista rooms guests. Are you an Hhonors member? Thank you again and we hope to welcome you back to Hilton Tel Aviv in the very near future. Kind regards,

My week long stay at the Hilton Tel Aviv was wonderful and the memories will surely stay for long. The location is absolutely perfect, the view from the sea facing rooms is just amazing, with the city and thee sea both in sight! The early morning run along the promenade is refreshing. The rooms are great, and the special touch of welcome with a bottle of wine and local dates are just perfect! Even the special toiletries from "Ahava" adds to the premium touch, along with some welcome "surprises".

Breakfast is very good mix of Mediterranean and local cousin. The gym is adequately equipped.

The front-desk also assisted with booking a local tour and a day trip to Jerusalem, which is a must if not visited already! :)

Overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely return and surely recommend.

My husband and I , being Diamond members, were upgraded to a beautiful suite overlooking the sea. The suite had a very large bathroom with a separate tub and shower stall. A tray of fresh fruits, nuts, cookies and a bottle of wine awaited us when we checked in for our three nights stay. We had breakfast in the Lounge on the 12th floor. Sagit, Aviem and Dave were most helpful with my husband's dietary needs due to his gluten allergy. They were very attentive and took extra care that there would be no cross contamination. The hotel has a very large salt-water pool and a nice pool area for sunning. The hotel is well situated, a short walk to the beach and an easy walk to the Port of Tel Aviv. Parking is available for a reasonable fee. Being pleased with the accommodation and service, we ended up booking two additional nights at the end of our trip in the Hilton.

We used Hilton Honors points for our two-night stay at this property in late June. We are Diamond-level Hilton Honors members. Upon check-in, the front desk clerk told us that she had a great room for us and she was not lying! She gave us room 701 which was a gorgeous room facing north. It’s the first room at the west side of the hotel and the views of the Mediterranean were unobstructed. The bathroom even has large windows and a soaker tub that faces the sea.

The breakfast buffet at the hotel is unbelievable. They had literally everything. On our second afternoon, we grabbed towels from the pool and walked out the beach for a lovely afternoon there.

I do suggest that you allow yourself extra time if you are trying to find a taxi from this hotel your destination. We had trouble finding a taxi or getting a “Gett” at 7pm on a Thursday evening. We ended up having to walk about half a mile in order to find a taxi to take us to dinner.

We stayed at this hotel prior to our cruise from Haifa. The concierge quoted us a rate on a car to take us to the cruise terminal in Haifa, but the quoted rate was significantly higher than what we found on our own.

I would put this Hilton on the top of my list for any Hilton that I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. It was excellent.

Updated 1950’s hotel with good views of the city and Mediterranean sunset from our balcony. Our spacious room was perfect for our family of three, and we were greeted with a welcome basket with fresh and dried fruits and a bottle of wine. The breakfast in the morning had an excellent variety of classic Middle Eastern foods, and our dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Very friendly staff with local Ahava toiletries that we ended up purchasing because they were so good. The missile siren sounded when checking in, but we felt safe because the well trained staff remained calm and helped everyone to safety until it passed about 15 minutes later. Very happy with our stay.

My stay this time at the Tel Aviv Hilton surpassed exceptions. Having asked for a complimentary upgrade as a Hilton Diamond member, we were upgraded to a fabulous suite. The views of the sea are amazing. The amenities from the Ahava and dead sea products to wine and fruit on Fridays for Shabbat added such a welcome touch. We took advantage of the spa and had a wonderful massage. Breakfast was better than any anywhere- the huge buffet had everything anyone would want and was sumptuous. The staff attentive from beginning to end, and the executive lounge on the 12th floor a wonderful retreat with snacks, drinks, newspapers, all made us feel like VIPS. I've been to Waldorf Astorias where you have to pay for every extra, and this Hilton made me feel that my diamond status indeed had benefits worth keeping. The location was great as well. I had previously stayed at a boutique smaller hotel in Tel Aviv, but now that I've experience such a wonderful stay at the Hilton, this will be my go to when I visit always...

Booked the family connecting room for my family for 1 night to experience the city and the hotel. With only gold status was upgraded to sea view rooms and when we arrived had a really nice welcome package with cookies, fruit, wine, water and Ahava gift set.
Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful in giving information. We forgot our converters in our other location and we were able to borrow a couple for a $20 deposit (that was returned when we returned them).
Breakfast was a very nice, plentiful and "Israeli style" that was included with our room rate. Included: salads, breads, pancakes, waffles, coffee, juices, and much more.
Would certainly stay here again if given the chance.

I did stay many years ago in the hotel and did not enjoy the experience at all. This was in stark contrast to my current stay, which was just brilliant. I stayed here because my flight was cancelled, and I usually use Hilton around the world, and I therefore use the app and stayed with them.
The service was superb, the atmosphere was superb, and the location is great, it was quite simply a wonderful weekend. I would like to especially mention the service from Ms. Kestenbaum, Who really went out of her way in the most pleasant of manner to assist and accommodate only request made. Everything was no issue, even when her shift was ending.

One slight pity, had asked for the rate for double points but was not given it and was told it could be corrected that checkout, but was told it could not be. On this point, I will cheque my bills when I checkout of hotels, and there are regularly inappropriate and wrong charges on the bill. I therefore checked my bill as always, and it was the first occasion where there was an error on the bill, in my favour ! they had forgotten to charge my hotel bill, We of course corrected it, but I felt it was worth mentioning as in staying in hundreds of hotels there has never been an error in my favour.
I did not mention what I always say is the most important point as they were so perfect namely the Wi-Fi was 100% the entire time the showers were great the rooms were clean although they do need a little bit of an update in my opinion, but not really majorly so.
