It's not a beachfront hotel but it just five mins to the beach and the room is clean and neat. Breakfast is nice and the staff are friendly. Free wifi in the hotel too. Within walking distance to restaurants and cafes (~ten minutes).

with regards to your second question, I think that you are asking about the Hotel check-in, which begins at 2:00pm (14:00). If you would like early check-in you can call the Hotel and check the availability.
