I stayed at the Prima City for one night, while waiting for an international group of 25 to arrive in Israel. The participants arrived at the hotel in twos and threes from 5 AM through the day until well past midnight. From early in the morning, my group received their rooms immediately, even though check-in is officially not until 2:00... More

We booked a last minute room with the hotel's central reservation and had the best day, it was a treat for a birthday so that was extra, the staff were most helpful and very accommodating in helping us with what ever we needed, less then a minute walk to the beach and close to shops etc, would highly recommend it... We had a great stay at this hotel. Close to the beach, 2-minute walk. Clean and comfortable room. The staff was very helpful. The meals were delicious. We would definitely stay here again! I loved everything about staying at this hotel in Tel Aviv.

I will start with a small plug for trip advisor. For our two hotels in Israel we chose this site to book. Comparative shopping after the event demonstrated in both cases that the best deal was on this site. Back to the hotel. This is gradually being refurbished into a boutique hotel similar to others in the city. Both old... More

The hotel was quite nice and the staff was really friendly. The rooms were clean and the location is quite good, it's close to the beach. Although everything was quite nice breakfast and dinner were a bit disappointing. The amount of dishes to choose out of was really small and we most of the time ended eating salad because there... The hotel advertises itself as a four stars. In reality it is three stars. Prior this stay was in sister hotel Prima King in Jerusalem. No comparison. Our tour group stayed here our first 2 days on an almost 3 week trip. The hotel is clean and appears pretty new. The staff was very attentive and seemed generally happy to have us. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are tiny but adequate. The tv didn't work but we didn't care. Wifi was good. No views. Quick... More

We stayed here as part of a tour. It is a nice enough place. I would stay here again. We had to change rooms because the safe was broken. They moved us to a room with a small balcony overlooking a roof top garden. It was small but very clean and comfortable.
