.This hotel was perfect for me and my family even with the rain i enjoyed my stay. thank you too Ilissa and the man Gilad was so helpful and showing us where to go even in rain hahaha...
The room size at first was small, but we were then upgraded to a sea view which gave us more space to put our luggage and bags. I hope to come back in the near future

I was very happy with my stay in TLV and that had to do with the hotel I chose. The location is stellar - close to the sea, the Carmel Market and lots of other delicious eateries. Bed was a little hard for my taste but the comforter and pillows made up for that. The staff were attentive and very helpful in showing me helpful apps to use to get around as well as instructing me with how to use the train to travel throughout Israel. I would definitely stay here again next time in TLV and will tell my friend also.

The most delusional negative experience we had as a family. We booked rooms for 2 families. On the day of the vacation, when all the suitcases and children were already in the car and we were on our way to the hotel, we received a call from the hotel and found out that the hotel had made a mistake in the rooms, they booked for us 2 rooms for a couple instead of 2 family rooms (as written in the invitation we received by email !!!). The hotel noted that they do not have other rooms for us, the rooms were canceled and we will get a refund. From the hotel point of view that was it! No responsibility taken, no sorry, no other solutions, that it. They Just said "it was your mistake" thanks, goodbye . So, we got stuck on the way to Tel Aviv with children and luggage in the car, without rooms and without an alternate hotel on Thursday at afternoon.
What is even more delusional is that we sent a letter to the hotel's customer service after a few weeks. We explained the situation and asked that at least the hotel will take responsibility for the mistake. After all, if we would cancel the rooms on the day of arrival, the hotel would have certainly charge us the money in full, without an argument.
Unfortunately, to this day I have not received any reference to the letter even though I called several times and asked for a response. I was promised on the phone that the hotel manager will response, but as mentioned, we have not received any answer to this day.
It is important to note that all telephone calls and the letter were made in a pleasant language, without shouting and without unnecessary quarrels. But unfortunately in our country, you have to "turn tables" to get any response.
In short, I never encountered such a terrible service.
I strongly advise not to come to this hotel at any price. Such a hotel has no right to exist.

Our room was extremely small, twin beds were side by side set up like a double bed and could only be separated a few centimetres. Mattresses were too large for the bed bases and hung over the side, making them unstable and easy to roll or fall out of. There was no desk or dresser in the room, just a long hanging style shelf. You would be unable to open a large hard-shell suitcase unless placed on the bed.
In my 30 years of travelling it was the smallest bathroom I've ever encountered. Was difficult to get in/out. An obese person would struggle. The shower was walk in, no door, just a side glass screen. The entire bathroom would end up wet and we used the mat and hand towels to mop it up after showering. Very frustrating. Breakfast was next door in what seemed like a separate cafe. Very interesting with table service plus semi buffet style.
The lobby was modern, reception staff very efficient and free coffee/tea and biscuits were always available.
Location is ok, about seven minutes walk to beach and 15 minutes to Carmel Market. Not much choice of eateries close by and we always found ourselves walking a distance

We stayed at the BY14 hotel several times during our stay in Tel Aviv. The room is nice and modern. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine.
The issue with the hotel is that the air conditioning is motion sensored. This means that every time you leave the room or you go to sleep the a/c turns off. This is not ok when it is 40 degrees outside!
They gave us one excuse after another about it and they said they would fix it only to find out that they did not. It was only when I said I would not pay when they finally did something about it. They fixed it once to stay on during the day only to have it go off at night again. We could not sleep as a result.
The breakfasts were very good. One thing to note that if you stay there on a tour they will prepare boxed breakfasts for you. You just need to ask the night before for this.
They had nice fruit and drinks on Friday afternoons which was nice. They also a water station and cookies that we would use before or after our day.
It was a great location- close to the beach and all the action.
I do not think I would stay here again because we were always so hot.

The PA and I arrived at this hotel very late in the evening and check in was an absolute breeze. Little did we know we were for an interesting few nights. After the debacle of the PA writing off my wardrobe in Glasgow, I insisted he unpack my bags before he was allowed to go anywhere near the bed; quite the task given it’s a 15 piece matching set of Louis Vuitton luggage. After switching off the lights the room was still as bright as the Blackpool illuminations, no way I was going to be able to sleep in that so I got the PA to place his body and clothing to block all disturbances. This worked perfectly until the inconsiderate workmen in the street decided to begin work, it must have been 3am; they seemed to have opened up a sewer as the stench was absolutely overwhelming, I was close to vomiting. The bed was a double made up of two single beds, as a result this meant I’d have to share with the PA; this resulted in a fake 90/10 split of the bed space. To be fair once you get used to the smell of sewage, the bright lights and the sound of workmen drilling the actual sleep quality is perfect. The following evening I noticed the workmen started even earlier and given the sound of commotion they seemed to be having issues; feeling helpful I offered them the PA’s assistance so he spent a night shift with them. This meant he was incredibly tired for our tour to Bethlehem. A major plus for this hotel is the access to demitasse making facilities in the antechamber, a lot of people seemed to be struggling to use it so I can only assume their PA’s were also catching up on sleep after doing a night shift with the workmen. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back next time I’m in Israel, the only thing that would take the hotel to a different level is installing an natatorium.

This is a well located hotel only 5/10 minutes walk from the Med promenade.
The hotel is boutique which means that it has limited facilities but ok for one night. Overall it’s uses space very well which does mean that rooms are quite small and what I would suggest is more suitable for a conference/corporate type customer. With 2 large suitcases the room did appear very small albeit comfortable but all the facilities you would like.
There is a little hidden terrace which is quite nice.
We did encounter one problem though. We were in our room and another guest entered with a key !! Our room had been allocated to another guest a few hours after we arrived. Whilst the was resolved were then locked out of our room as our key had been disabled. Again sorted out.
This might have explained the fact that when we first entered the room there was a bottle of wine and cakes saying ‘welcome back’. It was our first visit to Israel. Strange

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in a room on my own, while my parents stayed in another room. This hotel is quite new, so it felt very modern and clean. It's small, but in an excellent location - a short walk to the sea, Carmel market, and the famous Dizingoff street, and anywhere else is very easily accessible by taxi. If you like to walk, you can really get almost anywhere in the city from there by foot. There's a nice little lobby with chairs, tables, and complimentary coffee. I thought it was good value for the money and really a very reasonably priced hotel, given the prime location and how new it is. It's about 3 short blocks away from the main boardwalk along the sea, which I think is a bonus. I liked being a bit removed and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip. There was an Aroma a couple blocks away and a little coffee shop practically across the street. There's also a nice market store on the corner of the block that has groceries, toiletries and other basics. I did not get the hotel breakfast, which is extra, but heard it's a great meal. The rooms are very clean and neat, basic toiletries in the bathroom (no hair dryer or Kleenex), and a decent view of the sea over buildings. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that there is currently major construction happening on the street as they're building a train across the city, so the street is a mess and there was construction noise through the night one night. Once the construction is complete the hotel will be an absolute gem. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this place.

My friend and I had a great staying at the BY14 hotel at the beginning of January.
We stayed here 4 nights and we found a contemporary and design hotel centrally located, fresh and full assortment breakfast, complementary coffee/tea/biscuits available anytime in the hall, complementary bike rent, but above all a great hospitality.
All the reception team has been keen to help us with all of our requests and a special thanks to Irina that has made our staying so smooth and amused.
Hope to come back soon in the future!

Yes, they have.
My room was at the front of the hotel and it could be noisy during the night. Soundproofed from the other rooms but you could hear outside noise. Rooms at the back didn’t hear noise.
