On november 10th 2019 I arrived to Florentine Hostel. Is been very hot and I had huge backpack  and small bag in front of me . I call in a door and employee told by microphone on the door that my reservation is tomorrow,  she didn’t even deign to open the door. My reservation been for one week, I just came one day before, but her attitude was impolite and totaly inapropriate. After that I told her that is not fare that is so hot and she even do not open a door, so that employee came down and even not try tounderstand me. I wanted to check my reservation by myself on my phone and look where is mistake, because I thought I should come today. So she speak with me in an entrance and I felt like she doing me a favor by talking with me. Such low attitude that lady have. Unbeilivable. So I told her about her inaproprieate behavior and she told me that better me not staying in that place. Unbelievable. I am dissapointed.

I arrived during Tel Aviv pride season after midnight and set my understanding and expectation to nothing less but chaotic. And so I did arrive and apparently they've sorted out everything even had the sheets on my bed despite one of the drunk boys occupying my bed with his backpack. It was a busy season but to my surprise, breakfast was so chill and already met new friends. I can't describe how awesome and how much fun I had during my stay. About the toilets/ showers, yes there are times that they become dirty but considering how busy the place and the guests are with people running around all day, they still try their best to be clean. There's also a tip based dinner, and no, it doesn't mean you're about to end your night. That means gather your strength as we are going out to party tonight! The location is also good, it stands in the middle of Tel Aviv and historical Jaffa. A walking distance from the beach and the centre. It's also about 10- 15 minutes walk from HaHagana train station.I must say that I had so much good memories and I wouldn't think twice to come back.

Had a three night stay with them, bed was comfy. But, they will have party from 8+pm-10+pm and my girlfriend and I had a hard time to rest due to the loud music and cheers. Also, the location is kinda bad because it's far from everything, took 30 mins walk to reach Tel Aviv Beach, there's not much room around it. But, the staff was very friendly and outgoing. Good place for people who loves to party, but might not be a place who just needs a bed even though the price is cheap.

They need some extra cleaning because the toilets are always dirty and my sheets had to be changed. I went to Tel Aviv many times and I stayed in better places. The breakfast is included but quite poor. I do not recommend Florentine area, far from everything, need to walk 25 min to Old Jaffa and the beachside

Absolutely loved this place! Clean, cheap, cozy, close the beach and Tel Avivs nightlife. I've slept in countless hostels around the world in the last couple of years, this one is easily in my Top 3. Awesome vibe, awesome staff!
