This is a well located, friendly, and pleasant hotel. The rooms are large and nicely decorated and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I actually stayed twice because the first time i found it to be very special and i came back with my family. The small restaurant has good food and nice service. I will stay again if...

Well and centrally located, very large rooms. I am visiting here regularly for few years now and every time surprised from the "comfyness", great service and ambiance. If you look for specious rooms, good location, friendly staff, and best value for money this is your spot. Breakfast was also good and not expensive.

We loved our stay in the hotel, mostly because of the quality of service -- Genuine, caring, helpful, friendly, superb. I think everyone get's upgraded. The balcony was nice, The bathroom needed an update and I wish they had a tv in the bedroom (very American, no apologies). The hair dryer was ancient. However, the quality of their toiletries was really...

I celebrated my birthday with a weekend getaway in Tel Aviv. The room (small apartment) was very big, with comfortable bed, kitchen and living room. The staff were nice and helpful. The location is perfect, we walked around Rotchild Blvd, Neve Tzedek and to Sarona market. I had a great time, it was exactly what I needed 😊

Beautiful hotel, great service, very comfortable. The only negative is that it is not very centrally located, but if you're looking for something on a quiet street, with lots of ambiance, this is it. It's not in the middle of nowhere, it's just not smack in the center of Tel Aviv. For us, it was fine.

The hotel is situated on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood. There is no hotel name at the door so you must look for the building number to find it. It is relatively close to some attractions, and there are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It's not close to the beach or Jaffa. My room was a one...

Dear PatoColombus, Thank you very much for choosing The Diaghilev, LIVE ART boutique hotel! As you have noticed and kindly mentioned in your review, the location of the hotel is one of its greatest advantages.  Staying at the hotel, you can explore the city as a real Tel Avivian rather than a tourist; the hotel is placed in a historical...

This is my 2nd time here. It's not a fancy place but without a doubt one of the best value for money in overpriced TLV. The best part about the place is the team. In the end the people make the difference and the staff here sure make a difference. Location is also perfect.

Nice hotel. Everything made for your comfort. Little bit far from seaside- you need to use car or taxi to reach beach. Walking it will take maybe 30-40 min. They have parking so you can rent car. Wifi works great. Very fast. Room is clean. Amazing shower cosmetics from Dead Sea. Personal on reception speak English, Russian,Hebrew. I enjoyed my...

When we arrived, we (3) were upgraded to the family suite. The room was spacious, well decorated and very comfortable. It had a big terrace and was very quiet as well. Would book there again definitely.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Diaghilev is a bohemian boutique hotel that offers an extraordinary and exceptional cultural experience intensified by an excellent personal service. The hotel features an art gallery exhibiting over 500 artworks that change every 6 months, unique and mostly radical decor items, a collection of hand made rugs from all over the universe, most of which are ancient and therefore reflect the aged cultures they originate from. The Diaghilev has recently established a HUB for Start-ups and integrates a wide activity in such fields as design, fashion and technology. The uniqueness of the hotel brought it into prominence among internationally acknowledged artist visiting Tel Aviv and the world of technology and start-up. Many employees of the leading corporations in the world choose the Diaghilev as their base in Tel Aviv. Built in the purest Bauhaus the Diaghilev invites its guests to experience a World Cultural Heritage site rich of hundreds of Bauhaus buildings and get a taste of the “White City.” Our uncommon nocturnal concept was designed taking account of a recent scientific research that showed evidence that black beddings cause intensive production of Melatonin hormone, which results in deeper sleep, stronger immune system and increased anti-aging effect. The Diaghilev is an eco-friendly hotel, committed to a continually expanding list of operating practices that aim to maintain minimal environmental impact. The toiletries at the Diaghilev are of outstanding quality. They are produced from natural materials created from plants cultivated for this purpose in the hills of Jerusalem. These products are produced and packaged at a small factory that employs people with disabilities and integrates them into the labor market. Our creativity-support concept lead to the establishment of the HUB - a shared work environment that is more than a physical workplace for creative entrepreneurs: It is designed to nurture a community in which creators will be able to collaborate with one another in order to produce innovative projects and initiatives. ... more   less
