The only good thing about this place is it's location as it is on a busy Dizengoff street which is very close to the sea and you can also walk from this hotel to the train station (Tel Aviv Hashalom), it would take you about 25mins or so. So basically you are in the city centre and everything is walkable...

A very simpel room with penthouse terrace. Nothing more than beds and clean towels and sheets. Could do with improvements to terrace and furniture. Unhelpful female receptionist. Good location close to beach and city centre. Dizengoff street is a great street for bars and restaurants.

Great location, clean room. On the down side, the room is quite small and the door is thin so you get hallway noise. Right outside this property however is Dizengoff street and bars, restaurants and supermarkets all around. And for Tel Aviv, and in this area, the price was very good (just don't expect anything luxurious). Good place for a...

I stayed in this hotel from November 14 to 17. I understand it is a two star hotel, however minimum standards should be offered. The roomI was given had patches of visible mold in the bathroom. The shower siphon was broken, and the room smelled septic (like turds, literally). The window frames were so bent, that there was a 1cm gap...

I would not recommend this place to anyone travelling to Tel Aviv unless all you care about is location. The hotel service is terrible. They say they have a reception, but I would describe it as the worst hotel reception I have ever experienced. The hotel has one person working at a time, but I am not sure what hrs...

Location is great within walking distance of beach, markets and restaurants. Rooms are tiny and cleanliness OK. But the service. Webste says reception manned from 9am to 8pm. We arrived early not expecting to check in but at least to leave our bags. Sat in a cafe until 12 waiting for someone. When we rang at 10 they said no...

Disclaimer: I have never even wanted to post a bad review on TripAdvisor before. I generally believe that if you have nothing good to say, say nothing. But after giving Dizengoff written notice via email that our flights were 8 hours late and we'd arrive before 6am the next day, we were told the reception was manned 24 hours, and...

Researching where to stay in Tel Aviv was a nightmare, trip advisor is full of good and bad reviews from people with only one or two reviews to their name. It became clear that the only two options were the chain hotels at expensive prices or to stay at an independent appartment type hotel such as the Dizengoff Sea Residence...

A true gem in the center of tel aviv. we stayed, a family of 4 in the two bedroom apartment and it was just like the pictures, very large and clean, well designed. The staff did their best to help us, they've booked us a tour to Jerusalem and the Dead Sea. Also they let us check out a bit...
