I found this hotel a great place to stay. First of all my huge thank you to the girls at the reception. They were unbelievable helpful and friendly, gave me all kind of advice. The rooms are new and clean with a coffee machine and a small refrigerator in it. Rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel's interior is amazing. The cafeteria downstairs has all fresh salads (but open until 2 pm only). What I found very convenient for myself - they have a utility room with washing and drying machines, microwave, irons. You can get washing liquid free of charge at the reception. The bus stop is just opposite the entrance. A big Azrieli shopping mall and the haShalom train station is in a 10-15 minute walk. If you are visiting Sourasky/Ikhilov hospital - it's in a 7 minute walk from the hotel as well. I'll definitely return to this hotel, if I visit Tel Aviv again.

This is not a luxory hotel,
It's more of a cool hipster business hotel, but with a staff that gives you the feeling like you in the greatest pallas in the world.

It's very clean, looks very well maintained, and all and all a very nice place to rest your head after a day of fun in the big city.

The last time we stayed there (2 out of 2) we had a small problem, the bed was 2 single beds, and as a couple it wasn't fun.
Within less then 5 minutes the great reception staff here solved that problem for us, changed the atmosphere of our stay, and made us feel great.

Don't think twice.

I stayed for three nights and the hotel overall is quite decent: The rooms although not very spacious, are clean and cozy while the staff is polite and willing to assist if needed.
Nevertheless, the whole breakfast experience is disappointing. You get to choose only one menu out of 6-7 options (no buffet) and wait for your order which is the worst part. I normally had to wait around 10 minutes for a dish of muesli with fruits but one day I had to wait for 45 minutes! In fact, after 20 minutes I notified the staff that other guests that had come after me were already served and they reassured me that my order is being prepared but I had to wait another 25min for eventually being served. I was of course late for my meetings and quite frustrated for starting my day like this.
Overall, I can't say this is a bad hotel but the whole breakfast procedure, waiting for the beeper and all, is just something to be fixed asap.

Hello, Thank you for sharing the details of your experiences with us. It is through the feedback from our guests that we are able to develop our services. It is always the aim to create happy and lasting memories for our guests and a regret when we do not achieve this. While a little too late to rectify for you this time, we have certainly been sure to take on board the comments raised, especially in regards to service at the Hub kitchen & bar. We'd hope to have another opportunity to show you that your experiences are not in keeping with the usual standards we strive to achieve. Link’s breakfast concept is mentioned in all hotel’s digital platforms. With thanks again and kind regards. Galit and the Link team.

The room is quite comfortable, but that's where the comfort ends.

The sirens of the emergency vehicles of the neighboring hospital can be heard in the rooms.

Second elevator out of order 90% of the time.
Some of the staff are nice, but some of them are rude.

The room was not cleaned properly during the stay.
The food scraps left by the previous customer remained untouched on the floor.

At breakfast, you could only take three different food items (for example, bread, yogurt and orange juice) for the breakfast included in the room, and the rest of the extras were paid for separately.
At best, you had to wait 15 minutes for the coffee.
Staff here forgot your ordes and did not bring ordered items to the table.

I can't recommend the hotel except for those in extreme need, if you can't find another hotel for the duration of your stay.

Big disappointment.

I have been staying for over a month at Link hotel in Tel-Aviv Center. A beautiful modern and new design hotel that was offering me everything I needed… nice restaurant, gym, pool table, relaxing and welcoming designed space in the hub. The location is great in the center of Tel-Aviv so I could get everywhere I needed by walk… amazing service starting with the Hotel Manager Mor and the amazing team… and very important an expresso machine in the room.
The hotel is totally value for money and I recommend to everyone to come here with no bought you will have a great experience and stay. I will get here again no question about that. Thank you Link family for having such a great stay!

Room: small, clean, minimal.

Facilities: Gym has machines, no free weights. It was clean which was nice. Their bathrooms are faulty--I got locked in because the lock fell off, and was stuck for half an hour...

Customer service: horrible. Their faulty facilities caused me to be stuck in the bathroom for 30 minutes, and although they promised a refund, it has been a month and no such refund has come about. I tried calling many times and they just say they are busy and to call back.

The hotel embodies Tel Aviv chic. It's in a fancy area, and it exudes cool. Style, cool art, modern and new rooms. So far so good. But then the little things. A towel so small you'd think it was designed for midgets. And what does every Israeli hotel room have? A pot for making coffee or tea in your room. But here? Sorry sir, you have to purchase coffee (11 shekels, no thanks) at the coffee shop by the front desk. On the positive side: A gym to die for. New equipment, sparkling clean.

Terrible service would not recommend to anyone, EVER! The hotel has cheap materials, lacks of amenities and is managed horribly. It takes over a week to get new towels and have your rooms cleaned. Half of the hotel is blocked off. It is overfilled and understaffed. On top of all that this is a terrible location to stay while in Tel Aviv.
Stay anywhere else.

I'm really glad I choose to stay here in Tel Aviv. Its far enough away from the hustle and bustle area where you can have a quiet stay but also a 20 minute walk to the beach. This place has everything you need including a cafe, a gym, and free laundry . The staff went above and beyond and were always willing to help. For what you pay this place is a great value
