Central hotel with sufficient facilities. However poor service generally not becoming of a crowne plaza. Eg water constantly not filled at foyer, towels and coffee not topped up in room, bed badly made up to a hotel standard, service staff at breakfast brash, coffee machine constantly not working. Much room for improvement.
Hoteling is something we love to stay for both pleasure and business, I usually look at everything once I like to book a hotel, this is why as a fashion photographer, I look at things also in a different point of view than normal, this is when the standards will be higher, and will be great for whoever thinking to book and be greater for them as well. The hotel itself is a very nice class, let's talk about the location, its located in a nice place where the mall is just outside the gate of the building, a very big supermarket to get whatever you think about, the full mall, not just to eat or have coffee, but you can shop for whatever you think of. Walking around the area, you will also be able to reach different unique outdoors high class mall, and then to the city center where everything is. The hotel is self is great, the rooms extremely got a warm feeling, with an amazing comfortable bed, the bathroom is a different world, the bath top and the shower are just amazing, one for relaxing with a room view from the window bathroom to the room itself, and whenever you wanna have great relaxing shower, then it's just next to it. as you see in the photos. Rooms got great 24 room service, mineral water bottles all time, coffee - tea and a real espresso machine, sugar, cups and spoons, with a real clean kittle to boil water. Around evening time everyday someone come to check if you need more water, towels or extras missing. That's a great winning card. The hotel also got full gym, not just a hotel gym, but full real gym, they give you at the front desk to access a full gym got all you need from spa, indoors swimming pool, jacuzzi, and you don't need to leave the hotel building, it just a different floor. The Breakfast in the hotel, matches the hotel standards as well, great selection of food, they can make you fresh cappuccino or americano from a real machine as you get from any coffee shops, plus they have the normal quick machine. The food is always in full plates, a great selection of eggs the chief makes for you as you customize it. My thoughts to take from this hotel for other people read this review is just book it and don't think too much. The management is nothing but great, staff are polite and smiley, and they really make sure they want you to have a pleasant stay, cause the hotel itself is really so comfortable that, I would love to stay longer and for sure I love to come back again. Enjoy the photos I will post here from the hotel itself and just book it and don't think too much. Its worth it. cause you will enjoy it.…
We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past, but this 9-day visit was the best yet. Very friendly and highly efficient staff all the way from check-in to check-out (special thanks to Noy and Dennis at reception, Gal and Nataly at the breakfast dining hall for particularly warm and efficient service). Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with attentive daily maintenance. Location, as always, is hard to beat, with the mall and supermarket + ample parking at hand, as well as easy exit to central roads, such as the Ayalon circular. We'll be back!
Excellent hotel, this trip is my First experience at this hotel, which will certainly become my regular on future trips to Israel. It has everything you can wish for and more. Convenient location, walking distance attractions, amenities galore, gym, pool spa and above all, amazing service, courteous staff going out of their way to please. Wish I discovered this hotel before.
Bad hotel and really not a 5 star ( 3 star) phone not working in my room and they did not repair it. Kitchen can only serve cold food. Bar closed and nothing you can find about this when you book the hotel. They need to tell you this or write this on the website of the hotel. Was staying in the Hilton 2 weeks ago and yes that’s a 5 star hotel. Really poor management and it looks like they do not care about the customers. If you want warm food the reception recommend to go to the shopping mall or order it by some Uber eat.
Room & breakfast as per IHG standards. However some of receptionist have awful attitude, had feeling that being front office is their punishment. Concierge can not give you basic advises and recommendation, the only answer is sorry I am not from here or I don’t know and ask you to Google it. They are good only to book you a taxi. They even don’t open for you a door when they see you exiting hotel with luggage and full hands of bags. Honestly the worst Front office and concierge services I have experience in past years. At least thanks to Alex which tried to help always.
I spent my last night in Israel here (the previous week at the Waldorf Astoria in Jerusalem) because I had multiple meetings in the center of the country and a very late flight out in the evening. I wanted to easily and quickly get to my meetings and to Ben Gurion. The Crowne Plaza was perfect for what I needed and the service and decor was even better than I expected. Even though they were fully booked the night of my departure, they graciously offered me a 2PM checkout, which was very helpful to me. Since it is attached to the massive Azrieli mall I was able to easily access taxis, restaurants and the train station without having to go out in the cold. Also people that were driving in to meet me had convenient and affordable parking (they hotel validates parking for their guests). I highly recommend this hotel if you want to be in Tel Aviv, with a perfect location, nice rooms and great service!…
This is a terrible place to stay do not go, the staff are very bad and service is shocking. The food was disgusting. It is an insult to a traveler. The price is far to high for such an average place, no restaurant open either.
I've stayed in this hotel for the first and most certainly for the last time. I have travelled the world and stayed in many hotels and I thought that I have seen it all, but the level of incompetence in this place is absolutely of the chart. The front-desk is a car crash in slow (very, very slow) motion. The rooms keys don't work and had to be changed 4 times. Getting receipt took 45 minutes and I had to come back twice, but the real top of the hit parade was trying to settle the bill. I've booked this hotel via the LastMinute. com and it was paid via this site. At the point of check in and then check out I had at least 5 separate conversations on "are you sure that it has been paid?". I have finally managed to check out and was assured that "everything is OK". When I've got back home I've found, surprise, surprise, hotel charge on my card. I've called the hotel and was told that everything is going to be sorted - not even close. I had to write another email and threaten legal action before the issue was finally resolved. Here I thought that this was the end of the matter and can finally put this "pleasant" expertise behind me, but NO - 5 days later I've found another charge on my card. Now getting the police involved as this is nothing but a card fraud. I would recommend staying as far away from this place as possible unless you are looking for a serious headache!…
There are not many choices near Ben Gurion. This hotel 25 min drive in taxi. I had an issue there the first overnight which I reported in person to the front desk at 630qm in person. Was promised a response from GM but never, to this day, weeks away have heard from him. Heard from a ‘duty manager’ twelve hours later. After several more hours, days I was eventually assisted by Medea AkhalkatsiGuest Relations Manager. She was incredible and has, til this day continued to reach out. I’ve never heard from the GM although TWICE he was standing beside me listening as I was retrieving PCR documents printed. He never reached out. The rooms are very good, reasonable pricing. Breakfast buffet above average with excellent service. I attempted twice to enter my he spa twice, but ignored by me he agent in personal conversations. The spa, therefore, a non- benefit. This hotel has a great location with access to a mall, restaurants, market, and PCR testing. I would recommend. And I would highly suggest that this hotel place Medea Akhalkatsi in as the General Manager; she understands that customers are the foundation. I am an IHG Gold Elite member…
