I love the location walking distance from old city. Decent room. Cleanliness could be better. I kept finding hair in my room (and I wear my head bald)) for example. I feel like they are close but not quite there from a customer service perspective.

I don't believe so. At least not the rooms we've stayed in. The cost varies depending on season. Even at Passover, the rates were very reasonable. As I've said before, it's the best value in town.

Are you able to do an airport pick up from Ben Gurion airport?
There is no Hotel provided transportation. In addition to taking a cab you can get the Sherut which is much less expensive, however it may take a little longer since this service is a van and they wait for 10 passengers and have multiple drop offs in Jerusalem. Average time appx 1 hour.

I am sure if you set it up it would be no problem and there might be a way to do it even if it was not set up in advance since they do have non observant Jews or no jewish employees working on the Shabbat.

"Top floor where it's a bit quieter. They also have King Size Beds."
"Avoid the 05, 07 side of the hotel. Rooms look out onto garbage piles and electrics."
"If staying on the weekend, avoid rooms near the Sabbath elevator which will ring every time it stops at your floor."
"you don't need a car to get in and use in the city"
"One side of the hotel has bars across the street. Was not a problem, but could ask for Quieter side if early sleeper."
