Nice hotel. Good beds. Clean, but small bathroom. Not much space in rooms but beds comfortable. Breakfast very good with a piano performance each morning. We were on a tour so didn't need transportation but somethings within walking distance. Nice rooftop bar. Bartender very slow but drinks reasonable in price.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel; its location is quite convenient to many sights and restaurants. The rooms were nicely appointed. The staff was helpful. This was an excellent introduction to the Israeli way of life.

Arrived here after a long flight and bus ride from Tel Aviv. Comfortable room, abundant buffet. Gluten-free friendly. Be sure to lock up your valuables. Two people in our party of twenty had small things taken from their rooms (vitamins and costume earrings).

We stayed here on a tour. The hotel is in good walking distance to many attractions in Jerusalem. The breakfast is great and the staff are friendly. The rooms are a bit small, but if you are in Jerusalem, hopefully you are not spending too much time in the room. The wifi works great. We did have a buffet dinner...

Within walking distance of light rail, Jaffa Gate, and a great not your ordinary YMCA. The breakfasts are great, nice work out room, great view and sitting area on roof top. Rooms are small but comfortable. A little market is just down the street. The only complaint would be the "greeters" at the door. Stayed there 4 nights and every...

This is a comfortable hotel in a wonderful location--West Jerusalem about 10-15 minutes walk from the Jaffa Gate. There are lots of good restaurants in the area and it's easy to get around the whole city. Staff of the hotel is courteous and helpful. The room is a bit basic but perfectly fine with everything we needed--comfortable bed, bathroom, etc....
