We stayed 8 nights here; it was clean, staff was very attentive, loved the free water dispense in the office, the free hot pomegranate tea in the lobby, and it was a short 15 minute walk to the Old City. There is also a buffet for both breakfast and dinner with a variety of options. Our large group had a special event in their private room reserved on a Friday evening, and the wait staff and meal were perfect. We appreciated the special accommodations. The only drawback is the small rooms. Not much counter space in the bathroom, but you can make shift counter space with the shelves in the closet. Everything else was very comfortable!

Hotel is well situated, breakfast and dinner served was satisfactory but certainly not spectacular and worthy of a 4 star rating. A 3 star rating would be more appropriate , the guest suites need a complete makeover and beds were not that comfortable

First time in Israel, first time at Prima Royale. Fun, eclectic atmosphere. Subtle scent of jasmine in the lobby. Hot, pomegranate tea served in the afternoon. Solid breakfast and dinner options. Short 10-min walk to nearby mall. Smaller room and sturdy bed, but comfortable all around. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

My wife and I stayed at the Prima Royale Hotel during our visit to Jerusalem. We found the experience to be excellent overall. The staff was helpful and receptive. The well-appointed room was comfortable and enjoyable. And the food both spectacular and abundant. The welcoming dinner in the banquet room was outstanding, with a multitude of choices, including delicious fish, chicken, beef, and potatoes, and with ample choices for vegans and vegetarians, including salads, fresh fruits, vegetables, legumes, and grains. The breakfasts were amazing, with so many choices that it was easy to eat for the whole day. Some special standouts were the herring, smoked mackerel, shakshuka, labne, fresh salads, variety of fruits, dates, pastries and irresistible four-flavored halva covered in bittersweet chocolate. An outstanding feature of the breakfast was the lovely and talented pianist, Yael. Her playing was both virtuosic and expressive. Her repertoire included classical, such as Mozart and Debussy, as well as jazz, Broadway, and popular pieces, such as one my all-time favorites, La Vie en Rose. She was also engaging, friendly and interesting. Indeed, her presence made our time at the breakfast exceptionally enjoyable and enriching. We recommend this hotel wholeheartedly for those visiting Jerusalem.
