This was my first time staying in the Grand Court Hotel. I loved it a lot and I wouldn't mind staying here again on a return trip to Israel. Everything was clean, the people were friendly and the food was wonderful. I was with family on a tour and we had breakfast and dinner there and the buffet we had... More

Strange corridor layout makes you walk a complete circuit of the building if you have a higher room number. Room was clean and well equipped although the multiple light switching could have been designed for understandable use. The only other downside was the dining room. The catering seems to cater for package tour parties and if you are paying for... More

This hotel is a long walk from anything but is fairly nice. Near tram to get to downtown. Breakfast buffet is below average in quality but has a wide selection. Hotel lounge is best place to eat dinner as has ala cart options. Rooms larger than in other hotels we've stayed in on this trip. Understaffed and undertrained, but nice,... More

This is a huge hotel that might have been fancy, but it is not anymore. If you plan on staying here, please have in mind: • there main guests are big groups from all over the world. independent travellers might feel a bit overrun by this • the facilities are not very well maintained. The pool is dirty from loades... More

The location is very central, easy access to various tourist spots. Already I have been staying several times at this hotel over this last time I had a pleasant surprise. There was improvement in the hotel service. The staff were very kind.

Room adequate - nothing outstanding- could have been cleaner - only cleaned where thought you would look!!!! Food was good a lot of choice - staff friendly - bar staff really exceptional - helped with exchange rates and helped us settle in. Nothing to write home about - a basic hotel in a very shady area - had to go... More

This is a good, solid city hotel. Staff are generally helpful although they can initially appear a bit distant. Like many Israelis they are reserved until they get to know you. Food is generally pretty good. This hotel is popular on the pilgrim tour circuit and the evening meals are buffet style - some nights better than others. Pool is... More
