Last week we celebrated our son bar mitzvah in Jerusalem and after examining several alternatives, we chose to stay at the Grand Court. Our decision was perfect. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection for all ages of our guests and Dairy Lunch was a very high level. Warm hospitality with a very wide selection of local and original...

Third time at the Grand Court; just love it! The staff, the food, the accommodations are all very good. Reception staff is very helpful, and all the staff speak English. The bar is better than any other hotel I know in Israel--they even found olive juice to make a dirty martini. This place caters to large tour groups and they...

You get breakfast and dinner included with your room here. Both buffets are kosher and lavish. Breakfast is a dairy meal, dinner a meat meal. Do not expect decaf coffee - they don't serve it or any coffee for that matter, with dinner. The meals were delicious and plentiful. The rooms are nondescript but clean and comfortable. Our room had...

Our Holy Land Pilgrimage group of 50 stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Damascus Gate and the Jaffa Gate (which is a longer, uphill walk from hotel). The hotel is also near the light-rail train station. This hotel caters to large tour groups from many different countries who arrive and depart...

We stayed here during our trip to the Holy Land and it was acceptable. The first night we discovered the tub wouldn't unplug and had to call and have maintenance come up to fix it. The food was great however excellent options and desserts. The cleanliness and friendliness of the dining room/staff was mediocre.

We stayed at the Grand Court Hotel with our group. The people at the desk and the eating hall were very nice. Given the crowds trying to get dinner I have a lot of respect for them. I let them by when they need to especially with all the people from all over the world pushing to get in. The...

Amazing hotel, very close to the old city, comfortable beds and amazing food. I had chocolate cake for breakfast! Staff was so helpful. One of the chefs actually walked to a store close by with someone in our group to help buy water.

Our stay at the Grand Court was in connection with a group tour of the Holy Land. This hotel was used by MANY groups. They offered buffet breakfast and dinner. On one night, we were told that they were serving 850 for dinner. Because the hotel catered to groups of many nationalities, they offered a wide variety of food. The...

Location, location! I stayed during Chanukah and it was beautiful with families from all over the world. The buffets were a wonderful welcoming treat after a long day out, Shabbat dinner was awesome and tasty with many sweets and oven baked breads. Next day not so much, it was quite sparse. It's close to Mamila where all the shops are,...

A very pleasant stay. The buffet was good with a ton of yummy desserts. Location is great, a block from public transit and within walking distance to a lot of the sites. Room was clean and the service was also good. It's a decent value when you consider all the variables. Great hotel for tour groups, if you are traveling...
