This was the worst of 4 hotels in Israel - free WiFi was a joke, unless it was at 6 AM - front desk staff were decent - mealtime was a nightmare, as the room was super crowded, and the arrangement of the food, the drinks and everything else, seemed to be totally at random - would

Rooms hot and stuffy, no the dial on your air conditioner does not control the temperature. Breakfast and dinner the same day after day with minimal differences each day. Guess what you are eating( no labelling) and very crowded ( and noisy) in the restaurant.. Groups sat togethe

This is a busy hotel but although it is busy it doesn't impact on the individual, and one can enjoy the facilities and the great food without feeling that you are fighting your way through the multitude of people who use this hotel. There is room for everyone!!!

If you are looking for a good time and 10 min walking distance to Jesus’ Garden tomb, this is the hotel for you. I loved the food, location, and the staff who are friendly people. Hotel is close to a hospital, and a 7 min walk to the market. Lots of fresh produce at a very rea

Do you happen to know if there are any facilities for doing laundry at the hotel or nearby?
Do it yourself Laundry facilities in and around Jerusalem are rare. Anticipating this we bought polypropylene underwear that washes easily and dries overnight, which it did in the dryer climate of Israel. There are lines on which to hang clothing in many of the hotels so it must be a common practice.

יש סושי במזנון ארוחת הבוקר? וכמה עולה ארוחת בוקר במלון. לאורח חיצוני?? וכמה ארוחת ערב לאורח חיצוני?? תודה.
I don't recall sushi being at the breakfast bar, but that doesn't mean it wasn't there. There were many different items at the breakfast bar, although less than most hotels. I don't know the cost for an external visitor, but I'm sure the hotel could answer this question for you.

HI What time are women allowed in the pool here? What hours is the pool open?
Hello, this is not in Saudi, this is Israel! Women can use the pool exactly the same hours as men. The pool was open until 6 pm

I would like to learn more about laundry services at the Grand Court. How much is it per item and is it daily service? Any information is appreciated.
I didn't use it personally, but I think they have self-serve washer and dryers. I assumed that they would also have a dry cleaning service, but I don't know that for sure. I would reach out to the hotel, the staff was very friendly.
