In 17 years or travelling, this is the only hotel where I experienced the managers hands on at the reception and at the dining room. With or without a need for assistance, they were there. This also goes to the concierge early in the morning who verified our trip to the airport after some confusion.

I had a nice, big room but the floor was dirty. It looked like they didn't vacuum well or not at all. Breakfast and dinner buffets had ample choices. WIFI was inconsistent - sometimes fast and sometimes slow. I really have not much to say about this hotel.

The room were not clean from the previous occupier when we arrive. I had to clean the room myself as I had cleaning material with me. Towels and bedding was not changed.Requested a new fridge as it was very dirty. The adjoining room to ours was open so free access between the two rooms. We was given double beds instead...

Run down, mold in bathroom, filthy rooms, old, not a 4 star hotel Budget group that have no other options. Potential for a good location but need to redo the whole place, Canceled and looked for another place instead . Sad to see it in this shape.

Sure it has it's own entrance and sign but the locals think of it as the Ramada, since the two are connected, share the same staff and rely on the Ramada's facilities. The elevators failed twice during our 4 day stay. The bathroom was generally clean but there were a...

This is not a hotel I chose but because I had been forced to extend my stay beyond my scheduled departure date - I had few options. I had just stayed at the Ramada Renaissance Hotel and been unimpressed with their food but this took things to a new level. The hotel appears very dated and old as the name...

Stayed here for 4 nites, on the 3rd nite, at 3.30 A.M there were lot of noises in the room corridor, as a group of teenagers from Argentina checked in, tried to call reception for 1,5half hour, but nobody pick up the phone (amazing....) and the noises and banging on my door pranks continues until 5.30 A.M and no action...

When we got there, the guard at the one gate said that this was not the Royal Wing and to go around - there was no other entrance and were routed back on the freeway. When we finally made it, the man at the front desk couldn't find our Expedia reservation. The lobby was large, but shabby and smelled of...
