We stayed there in August 2016 for 1 night. The hotel is very central and close to many interesting sites (Ben-Yehuda promenade, Jaffa St., Nahlat Shiva'a neighborhood, Mahne Yehuda market, Mamilla and also quite close by foot to the Old City). The hotel itself is new and very modern. Our room was big & spacious. The hotel has a very... More

We spent 5 nights here in August 2016, fantastic central location just a 15 min walk to the walls of the old city. Nice clean rooms, although can be a bit noisy at night time with locals bars just across the road (except during Shabbat when Jerusalem becomes a ghost town!). Breakfast was average, usual fare of cheeses and bread,... More

We can really recommend Eyal by Smart Hotels in Jerusalem. It is very well located, just a few minutes walk from the Jaffa gate and the Jaffa road. Mind you that - as stated in some reviews here - the rooms and bathrooms are really tiny, but spotless clean. They are kind of darkish (electric lights are not very bright... More

The hotel is in the heart of the city centre, with supermarkets, shopping and cafes around and walkable distance to the old city. Breakfast is delicious and copious. Wish staff at counter was more helpful. In Tel Aviv, everybody at the hotel helped us with guidance to internet cafes and advice about transport etc. Eyal was a disappointment. Either people... Great Hotel and location. Kind staff. Modern and clean. Near Ben Yehuda and just at the Center of Jerusalem. The best buffet I take for breakfast ever... Facilities for Shabbat with special lift. You can go by food to the Old City and also the famous Mahane Yehudah Shuk

We have traveled extensively worldwide and this was one of our worst travel experiences to date. We traveled from Amman for two nights in Jerusalem. The night we arrived, a parade blocked the city center, making the hotel (and the majority of the city) inaccessible. We called the hotel after circling Jerusalem for an hour and were told the roads... More

The hotel is perfectly situated with easy walking distance to the Okd City, the LRT and the vibrant Ben Yehuda area. The hotel is spotless, and everyone is very helpful. The room I had was spacious, well designed and had a very comfortable bathroom. There was ample storage space. Breakfast is plentiful too. A perfect hotel!

My wife and I spent several days here and the location could not have been better... right around the block from the always active Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall near Jaffa Street/Rechov...plenty of shopping, snacks, restaurants and walk-in eateries...the hotel itself had a great breakfast buffet...very lavish, plentiful and tasty!!!...we wished the room was a bit bigger but we loved the... Eyal Hotel is a small hotel in the center of Jerusalem. Actually you don't need to take out your car and drive. The hotel is located within a walking distance to many of the attractions that Jerusalem can offer (e.g the Old City, several museums etc.) It is in a walking distance to the "Jerusalem Light Train" taking you all...
