I stayed here on the recommendation of my wife who found it exceptional. I also found it efficient and elegant. It is centrally located in Jerusalem, near the Jaffa Street tram line. It is parallel to an important shopping street.

We arrived in Jerusalem for the first time, very early in the morning after very long flights. Our room wasn't ready but we were cheerfully offered coffee and our bags were stored. We declined coffee and went exploring. The Hotel is in a wonderful location, walking distance of everything. Breakfast was fabulous and we only found out about dinner after the...

I liked this hotel, the rooms are clean and people are nice. Both breakfast and dinner is quite good. I recommend this hotel, however, be aware that the hotel has several neighbouring bars which might make it difficult to sleep. You might hear screeming and conserts might keep you awake.

I stayed here for five nights with my son and a friend. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly and quickly moved my friend to another room when there was a problem with the original room. The hotel is very central (so you can expect a bit of noise from the street below), so perfect for...

Between the non-clean hotels I visited in my life, this place wins the first place. Not only because it is not clean, but because they even do not care at all customers complain about, and if you ask solution to the problem, they will not care. I reached the hotel and saw they had a problem of clients who leave...

This się realy good location for stay in Jerusalem. Very closed to Yafo Street and Old City . Helpful reception and service. Nice rooms and big breakfast buffet. The most important for driving travelers - very convenient underground car parking.

Stayed in the hotel for one night, loved it - mainly because of the interior and location. It took us around 25-30mins to walk to the Western Wall and Jerusalem old town. Great places to eat nearby as well. Helpful staff, and the breakfast was good - nothing too mind blowing, but really good. I saw they also had some...

We were part of a group of Herbalife Distributors attending a conference nearby. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Some of the group requested and were given their rooms on the morning of their arrival. The decor is fresh and modern and very clean. Our room was comfortable and stylishly furnished. One small issue in the bathroom: When standing...

It is hard for me to imagine a better location in the center of Jerusalem! the Hotel is OK, the rooms are good. the service was sometimes not so helpful and, you won't be delighted from the breakfast but everything can't be perfect for a basic price... checkout time should be an hour later in my opinion but the overall...

The location really can't be beat -- very close to the Old City and Ben Yehuda Street. This is part of the small SMART HOTELS chain and in general was quite nice. Customer service at the front desk was sometimes lacking when men were working the reception, but otherwise a nice place to stay
