I would not recommend you staying in this hotel. The beds are ridiculously hard, when mentioned the night after, they promised to change the mattress. Nothing had been done when we returned from sightseeing. Due to poor English the receptionist did not understand our problem.

The hotel is very near to the Jerusalem gate but unfortunately the maintenance or the customer service is very poor. When i arrived at 8:30pm from all day tour, i noticed that my a/c is not working and I reported it right away. I went out for dinner and came back before midnight
