We stayed at Caesar Premier Jerusalem Dec. 25-29, 2022 and was the best stay on our Israel trip. I will highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:
1. Very convenient to TLV airport as it is the first stop on the way to Jerusalem station, take a right on Jaffa Road and walk 5-10 minutes along the light rail track.
2. Light rail in front of hotel. use it to ride to all the attractions.
3. Good breakfast but did not try dinner.
4. Very helpful staff.
5. Very good value. We paid 115 USD per night for room + breakfast.
Cons:
1. Need to climb about 10 steps to get in hotel.
2. About 3 Km from old city but can easily take light rail from the hotel for a cost of about 1.50 USD for a single trip.
3. Our room was behind the elevator which we could hear all night long. This was our only real negative for this hotel.

This hotel 4-day vacation with 3 granddaughters was perfect.
Both our rooms were very comfortable with great beds and ample space.
The location couldn’t be more perfect - right across the street from the light rail and minutes away from all the places we wanted to go.
Breakfast was varied with lots of choices and lots of seating options.
The staff in reception was very efficient and pleasant. The hotel manager was helpful and the dining room manager was amazing - his answer to every request is yes.
We take these three girls with us on a 3-day vacation every year. This was our first time taking them to Jerusalem. We’ll be back!

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night with half board meal plan. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Room was very good equipped, all works well.
Wide choice of the dishes in the restaurant will meet any expectations
We hope to come back in the Caesar Premier the next time.

Old rooms facing the building behind or other parking spaces nearby. Unfriendly personnel at the reception desk. Breakfast and evening buffet with average level, quality of food and not so much variety. Very noisy eating area with no windows.
The only plus point was the central location, few minutes away from Jaffa Street and about 20 minutes by foot from Jaffa Gate.

The manager Sharon has made us pay for 2 rooms for 3 people.we ended up staying in one room and she was extremely rude and unpleasant she told me to have booking cancel the second room after calling her for a month to receive a refund.
She then told booking that she doesn't want to cancel since I left an honest review on booking. I am a marketing specialist and I will do everything in my power to make everyone know the truth. At breakfast they will throw your breakfast away immediately when you turn around. Flies and insects all over their breads. They are so dishonest and unprofessional that they charged my credit card for 910 shekels for the day after we left. They ruined our vacation.
Pictures are totally edited/photoshopped. Elevators weren’t functional when we got there, hallways and rooms had swarms of flies everywhere, shower had significant leak. Bed was little more than a sheet on top of box springs. Only saving grace was the dinner. Strongly recommend Google reviews this hotel for adding their own fake positive reviews.

I'm sorry I came to this hotel, it seems like a one-star hostel.
The food is of very low quality, the service is not professional, there is no treatment towards tourists.
The reception staff have a relationship of contempt, that resentment and hatred is evident, they are simply lacking in providing service.
The hostel is very old and not worth the price.
I am sorry to give an opinion, they are low, but I DO NOT recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights while we visited The Old City and from reception until checkout, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The location is absolutely great, a short train ride from the Old City and far away from the traffic in central Jerusalem. We are so lucky the hotel was recommended to us by my sister (who had stayed before) and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the Old City. Just need to overlook that it doesn't have the most modern feel but all facilities and the breakfast are good and location makes it a great hotel to stay in.

We had a great experience staying in this hotel. The service is very good, ready to help with anything you need! The rooms are pleasant, though a little run down. The location is perfect!!!! On the tram line which you can use to get almost anywhere in the city😀 The train station and Machane Yehuda market are within a five-minute walk from the hotel! And the price is reasonable. We even got a discount as veteran Citizens!!! It’s a real value for the money you pay! We’re sure you’ll enjoy it🙏

I've spent a lovely week in Jerusalem with my family and I'm pleased to recommend Caesar Premier Hotel.

The staff is very friendly and supportive, we've been even provided a prompt support from the reception and management team to help us returning 2 of our lost items.

Thank you Shai, Anat and their colleagues. We will definitely come back !
