Stayed for one day, it was very good, nice room on the 5th floor. Breakfeast was good and service excellent. Very well located in within a walking distance of the Old city, Mahne Yeuda and Ben Yehuda street. Highly recommended. Stay there on May 26th.

This hotel is in a great position within walking distance of many sights including the Old City, Ben Yehuda mall, Mahane Yehuda market, and Yaffo St with the light rail which goes to Yad Vashem. There were plenty of eating places around. The room was well fitted out and well cleaned. The only problem was we were on the 7th... More

We had a lengthy stay here this year & overall it was good. We had a small but comfortable room on the 2nd of 6 floors & the reception staff, especially, were very helpful, courteous & friendly. Breakfasts were more than adequate without being exceptional, except over Passover which, to some degree, is understandable. The cleaning staff, led especially well by... More

Stayed at the Montefiore again this past week for four nights. Centrally located to so much of what Jerusalem is known for. It is a great value for the rate. Large, clean King room with a tub ..... which I love. Window opens up onto a beautiful courtyard/street. What is really great is no cars pass the hotel, as it... More

This is the the finest hotel service I have EVER received. I highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. From check in to check out everyone was completely helpful and polite. What a treasure we will only stay at the Lotte NY when we visit again.

A very comfortable hotel, clean rooms, tasty breakfast, close to the old city, friendly staff, a quiet street with shops and restaurants, close to bus and train stops. It's a pity that no one spoke Russian, but everybody spoke English.

First, there is the great location - within walking distance from the major sites and attractions of old and new Jerusalem, yet, out of the hustle and bustle and sometimes sticky Ben-Yehuda st. Second - the friendly attitude of the hotel staff was an unexpected surprise - from the dining room workers to the chef to the reception to the... More

Good location Small sleeping rooms. Mediocre to non functional HVAC. Musty odor in bathroom. No toiletries but then again there is the price. Basic breakfast. Lousy coffee. Compare to other basic lodgings.

I made a last minute reservation to run in the half marathon. I am actually shocked there was room. While the hotel isn't 4 or 5 star it is small, comfortable and clean. And an amazing location for the marathon and to visit Jerusalem. The service was friendly and my room was comfortable. I recommend this hotel for family's and... More
