Great hotel located just inside the Jaffa Gate. Easy access to both the Old City and the newer areas of Jerusalem. Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent meals and a great chef. Rooms are older but are comfortable.

I recently traveled to Israel with a study group. The trip was great. We checked in and out of the Gloria 3 times while we were there. The hotel has two sections. The main hotel is where the restaurant and meeting rooms are at. Across the street is the annex which is basically just rooms. The first time we checked...

It's located walking distance to all the attractions we needed but seems there are still in the process of renovating. There were 36 of us and while our room was finished, it was small, lacked a full length mirror and fridge and the towels were rough. Breakfast and dinner were included but it wasn't that great. Other rooms were not...

I wanted to see options for my nect visit and went into different places to see the facilities and restaurant etc. This place seemed nice and they are doing some renovations so it might be even better the nect time I come. It has a lovely reception and it seems very convenient if you prefer to have a car drop...

Stayed at the Gloria for several nights during a recent tour of Israel. Located in the Old City near the Jaffa Gate makes this hotel a perfect choice for exploring the Old City. Lots of shopping nearby in the Old City and at a modern shopping centre just outside the walls. There is an artists colony nearby as well. The...

This is a great little hotel just inside the Jaffa Gate. The owners are great and went out of their way to accommodate our group. Nothing fancy but great food and clean rooms. Very convenient location to explore and near the rampart walk entrance.

The location of this hotel in the Old City just inside the Jaffa Gate was its biggest selling point to me. The cost was very reasonable and I had a small concern it would not be a very nice place. While the hotel is not a 5 star hotel, I gave it 5 stars because it the location and value...

We stayed four nights in the Gloria Hotel as part of a tour of Israel. Our room was clean, and very large, with a large bathroom that had a tub/shower. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The food was basic, not a huge variety, but well done and delicious. There was always fresh fruit at every meal. The peaches...

Spent three days here in connection to a business trip. The hotel is very well situated and still relatively quite. In an old building so cosy but still with elevator. Friendly staff and a small bar. The breakfast is not as in the business hotels but OK, with some hot alternatives. No business center, gym etc.
