We stayed 4 nights and the feeling of rest, peace, and quality were abundant. Great food, early morning swims, and a very comfortable well appointed room made this an outstanding stay. The in house exhibition of the history of the church's on involvement with Tiberias is worth a look too.
Can't recommend the Scots Guesthouse enough. We've been visiting it for years and it gets better and better. Staff can't do enough for you. Welcome is the warmest. Food outstanding. Rooms hugely comfortable. Peace reigns. Location can't be beaten. Even arriving at 4.30am after an overnight flight wasn't a problem. And all on the doorstep of a very special church, built as a memorial for those who died in Palestine in WW1. Exciting times with the pending refurbishment - can't wait to return. Thank you to you all.
The welcome was heartfelt and continued throughout or stay. The food, staff and comfort was excellent. After a long exhausting day it was lovely to find quiet corners to sit, contemplate and pray for this beautiful torn country.. The staff were always there to help and answer our many questions
This is not the most luxurious of hotels but it has a wonderful feel to it so well worth staying. Having the church attached to the Hotel makes for a great atmosphere. It is clean and well looked after. With stunning views over the City.
Warm friendly welcome. Good sleep, good food , kind and mannerly staff, and a fantastic location for the old city. Beautiful surroundings of parklands and a church attached for worship. Highly recommend.
