the hotel is very, very, very outdated. from the gross and dirty bathroom, to the gross hallway the only upside to this place is it's location and it's cheap. the people behind the front desk were rude and obnoxious and had probably never heard of the term customer service before. next time i'm in israel its worth the extra money... Dear Mr Aviv. We would like to thank you and your management staff for all your excellent and attentive service. All our needs and requests were met with a smile. The staff on the front desk, cleaning, and dining room were very helpful and all the meals we enjoyed there were delicious. It was a pleasure to spend our week... More

Not much to write home about here. Room was big but drastically outdated. Bathroom seemed dirty because it was so old. The bed was not super comfortable but sufficient. No free Internet was a let down. Probably wouldn't recommend this to someone wanting a really NICE place to stay. This is more for the budget traveler who needs a place... More

We stayed at this hotel 3 times over the past few years. It is an apart-hotel and its main attraction is that it is at the T-junction of King George Street and Ben Yehuda Street, which is one of the main streets in Jerusalem for shopping and for restaurants. The hotel is a tall building with two elevators, a large... More

I have been returning here twice a year for ten years. The service is excellent, the staff is extremely accommodating, and they have definitely made Lev Yerushalayim a home away from home. Add the great location in the heart of Jerusalem, and the comfortable size if the suites and I highly recommend Lev Yerushalayim to everyone.

Excellent location. Front Desk staff very friendly and helpful around the clock. Very basic furnishing in suite - vinyl floors, 1 sleeper couch for loung furniture, plastic garden chairs for dining area.. Crockery/kitchen utensils supplied on payment of US$35 due to kosher requirements. Rooms serviced daily but really do need some deep cleaning rather than the superficial wipe down given.... More

Great location and good value if traveling with more then 2 people as the rooms are mostly 2 room suites with small kitchenettes/fridge etc. Great quality breakfast with lots of choices, fresh salads and fruits.

My older parents and I rented the penthouse apartment in the Lev Yerushalayim Hotel for 4 nights at the end of June 2012. We paid directly to the owner but we were part of the hotel. The room was cleaned each day and anything we needed was taken care of through the hotel. The apartment is very spacious. Two bedroom... More

This hotel is smack in the middle of the shops in Jerusalem and just a short walk to the Old City. This was the first place we stayed in Israel. I'm very happy that we booked here. The rooms were very large and accommodating. The bedroom was small, but that was okay. There is a convenient parking garage next door,... More

Located adjacent to the downtown shopping district with lots of restaurants, this hotel was old but my room was clean - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, sitting room, and kitchenette, and the staff were helpful, answering my many questions. Having read some other reviews I almost didn't stay here but I found little evidence of some of the complaints. The breakfast... More
