We were between 40 and 50 family members for a weekend, The staff couldnt have been more attentive from the reservations office ( special requests - no problem!) , to the front desk. The rooms were roomy and clean and neat, comfortable and all of our guests praised them. The food was delicious and there was plenty and plenty, all... More

I do not want to complain about this place. It kept us warm and dry in the winter time. But it is a bit run down. It is a bit lacking in the meals. For the price it is probably good, but it might be better to book a nicer place in Bethlehem and drive to Jerusalem each day! The... More

Where do I begin. I got a dumpy room modeled in the 1980's. Room 413, at the end of the hall. Poor wifi reception- off and on. Best Wifi in the lobby. Halls smelled like smoke at times. They try and mask the scent with perfume odor. No hooks in the room to hang coats or umbrellas. No latch on... More

Rooms are better then I remember. Staff is helpful. But beware, they are not honest about parking. They claim to have parking but they don't. They have some kind of basic arrangement to park in a lot for nis 65 a day but they fail to mention you can only go in and out once for that price. Every in... More

The rooms on our floor were all renovated which was a nice surprise. The food was great. It's definitely a Shobbos atmosphere over Shabbat! Location is excellent and we could walk to the Great Synagogue as well as to the Kotel. We were a family of 10 rooms. The main drawbacks were that parking in the area is very hard... More

We have stayed here several times. Family has a block of time as a time share for nearly 30 years. We have stayed here 4 times and have seen the shine dull quite a bit. The room staff are very helpful and pleasant. A note for others. The hotel is Glatt Kosher so the hotels tends to attract Orthodox of... More

The reciprocity was rude and un cooperative. He charged us vat even though my wife is American on tourist visa. The manager promised to take care of it and of course he didn't The bath leaked no towels and shampo and no one to take care of it. We will never go back to this hotel. T tourist

I recently stayed at the hotel for two weeks (with a day break in between) and stayed in two different rooms. The rooms were very different. I found that it depended on which side of the hallway I was on. The rooms with the lower numbers are much more spacious. I liked that the kitchen, living room, and bedroom were... More

Our room, a one-bedroom apartment was substandard: a large stain on the sofa, chipped table, air conditioning that did not work, and no soap in the shower's soap dispenser. The air conditioning was fixed right away, but it took two days to get soap, which happened only after my husband threatened to stand in the lobby and tell prospective guests... More

The Lev Yerushalayim is situated on King George Street, at one end of Ben Yehuda Street. The hotel's location is superb for the center of Jerusalem, and is only 15-20 minutes or so from the Old City. The rooms include a kitchenette with a living room, that has a sofa that turns into a bed, and a separate bedroom or... More
