This was a great place to stay. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast which was included in my price was very good and staff are excellent. Will definitely consider this place again whe I come back to Jerusalem.

Very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant is clean and the food is quite good. Also, Mamilla Mall is very close by as is the Old City (about 10 minutes walk). Zion Square is about 10 minutes in the other direction.

The service at the Eldan was wonderful. The front desk was very helpful. The dining room staff and buffet breakfast was great. You can't get a better location than this. Well worth the price. I would return to this hotel again.

We had two rear rooms, the view is not captivating, but you sleep quiet quietly. The breakfast was good, unfortunately the coffee machines were locked on holidays, but this is usual. The beds were really good, rooms were clean, staff polite, nothing to complain. Tipp: the major car rental companies have their agencies opposite and next door, so you can...

I stayed in this hotel for one night. I forgot two jackets in the closet (hangout) of the room. I keep on calling the hotel and they can't find my stuff. They said that they will call me back but I am still waiting. Few hours after and many calls, since I left nobody could give me a clear answer...

We have stayed here many times. It is not a glitzy hotel nor are the rooms overly large. It is more than adequate. The staff competent and helpful. Surprisingly quiet given the location. The dining area has been renovated and is roomy, bright and clean. The morning breakfast is terrific, visually appealing and well organized. Surpasses many larger hotels for...

Bounced in here in a near emergency and was treated well. Corner room on back side as requested though assured front windows very good at deflecting noise from the street with nearby YMCA and King David hotels. Walking distance to a variety of good restaurants, quality grocery store, banks and ATMs, and art museum. Easy walk to Old City.

In a good position, 5 minute walk to very popular tourist street in Jerusalem (Ben Yehuda). Room is not great, feels aged and a little dirty. A roof panel fell from the door entrance during my stay, but was sorted very quickly by maintenance. Staff was friendly and spoke perfect English. Overall gets 3 stars

Eldan is in a great location (right across from King David Hotel), but the bathrooms were grimy (there was an accumulation of crud and hair in the corners of the counters in our bathrooms). There weren't enough outlets in the rooms - to plug in our phones we had to unplug the lamps. So, if we wanted to charge our...
