The location is brilliant but thats probably where it stops. Reception staff are less tan friendly, the rooms are not great in size. There is only one lot of interconnecting rooms with the second of the rom being a box, not a room. The bathroom is ridiculously small - u can't even swing a cat. When th TV didn't work,...

A wonderful team of people. Extremely helpful. Wonderful location a short walk from shopping, bus routes, the old city, and light rail. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The only hotel that let us check out after the end of Shabbat. Thank you for your wonderful service.

I took my mother, my sister and my niece to Jerusalem. The city, fantastic. The hotel, a nightmare! To avoid. It is very well located, though. That was the reason why we chose it. Bad service, bad breakfast...

When I checked for 2 nights was told that I will be charged 250usd or 125usd per night. They also reserved 250 usd on my card. At the checkout time they told that I owe 500 usd and that it was 250 a night. I told that I was told differently and that the proof of it was a reservation...

I explained that we are over 60 years old and I have Parkinson...

Clean and comfortable room. Would have liked carpet. Bathroom very small with shower over the bath. Vanity had been updated with on top basin which was quite high. Dining room very pleasant and accommodating. The Manager of the Dining room very efficient and affable. Great range of breakfast food and we used to exchange greetings each time he saw us....
