We visited this hotel for a family wedding. The staff are very and helpful. My room was small and dark with a tiny window overlooking a car park!! The bathroom was bright but a bit dated. I left my room at 9.30 and requested my room to cleaned, I went back to my room to collect something and all the...

This hotel is well located, clean, and comfortable. Our room was large, with a king size bed and a million dollar view. Bathroom immaculate and well designed. We walked EVERYWHERE from this central location- to the Old City, downtown, German Colony, Haas Promenade. The newish train station is a block away and filled with restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee, kiosks,...

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - our thanks to all the staff. The receptionists are business like and efficient, staff elsewhere are friendly, and the place is kept clean. There's a strange lack of information though, we ate out at the Adom restaurant at the 1st station (excellent, by the way) twice before realising we could get a...

The location of this hotel is really good, only 10-15 min walk from Jaffa Gate and the old city, and only a few minutes' walk from the former Jerusalem Central Train Station which has been converted into chic restaurants, stalls for handmade jewelry, knitting etc., children's playspace and other entertainment facilities. We took our breakfast there as we wanted something...

This should tell you all you need to know about this hotel--they are very proud of their 4-out-of-5-star rating, as it and a few other similar ratings are posted prominently behind their check-in counter. This hotel is adequate but not excellent, and will never be 5 stars. Don't even think about diamonds. Rooms are quite small, appliances/TV may or may...

Great location Close to Jaffa Gate. Good restaurants at the old converted train station one block away. A good Italian restaurant on the way to the gate. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nael recognized returning guests with a big smile. He was part of security and general staff. Always asked what I needed. Front desk also helpful. Big breakfast dining...

Friendly staff and great location just outside the walled portion of Old Jerusalem. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and plentiful. I was addicted to the cappuccino machine after the second day! It is located in a residential area with small markets and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are really clean. Wifi was nice and strong and FREEl If...

Maybe we just were at the wrong place, wrong time, but the whole floor we stayed on was invaded by families with crying babies and adults talking until 3 am. When they left after Passover, it was quiet, but there should have been some management intervention! The breakfast was quite good, great selection especially the fruit. Internet was good.
