My 87 yr-old mother stayed at the hotel with a group for a week on the Passover holiday (2016). She has had a cornea transplant and her vision has remained severely impaired. The hotel sent someone to lead her from the room to the cafetria and, in general, made sure that she had no difficulty or delay in enjoying any... More

I stayed here for three nights with a large group and was very pleased with my experience. The location is perfect for visiting Jerusalem; you are out of the hustle and bustle of the city on a serene hilltop with stunning views, and only several miles from downtown, the Old City, etc. The rooms were lovely and spacious. The grounds... More

I am in Jerusalem with my husband and my grandson. My husband is just recovering from major surgery and as a result is unable to swim but he decided to come along to spectate. On entrance we explained this to the gentleman at the ticket reception. He insisted on charging my husband the full price for him to simply sit... More

A very nice hotel in a quiet area. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and beautiful. I had a fantastic view of the Judean hills and Bethlehem. It takes only about 20 minutes to get by the public bus to the center of Jerusalem. The bus 7 leaves outside the hotel. I have stayed in different hotels... More

We stayed at the hotel as part of a tour / group, for 4 nights. My husband and I were quite happy with the room and the bed was comfortable enough. We didn't use the pool but our other travelers did and enjoyed it. I found the internet quite slowish when it did work for us. We enjoyed the Dining... More

I spent the day at the Ramat Rachel Resort. Most of my day was spent soaking up the sun and catching up with family and friends from overseas. We also had lunch in the hotel dining room. What I wanted to review particularly was the swimming pool/sports center. The grass is definitely greener there, the pool and surrounding areas clean... More

Our tour group used Ramat Rachel as its base of operations for six nights while we explored Jerusalem and the surrounding area. We checked in on a Friday evening (Erev Shabbat), and checked out Thursday morning. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. My room was delightfully modern, and I found the layout to be extremely... More

Stayed 3 days at the hotel with husband and 2 kids. Upon check in we were upgraded to a superior room. The hotel has a spectacular view and spacious rooms. Anna at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Room was clean, comfortable, spacious, pretty and quiet. Comfortable bed, huge bouncy pillows (not to my taste). Lovely view. Clean bath, no toiletry items apart from a bar of soap and a shower cap. Pool is a good five minute walk away from the hotel itself - be prepared. The pool is open to health club members, not just hotel... More
