Detailed Reviews
The hotel is located outside Jerusalem in Ramat Rachel kibutz. It's great as on one hand the atmosphere is very relaxed and quiet but on the other hand the city is so close. Around 15 mins drive to the old town and city center.
We stayed in a superior room which was quite spacious for the 5 of us. Felt clean.
In the room there is a small coffee corner and a mini bar. Also there is pretty big cupboard for the clothes. The view from the room was absolutely amazing (we could see the Herodium).
Breakfast was good on Friday and less good on Saturday due to Shabat restrictions.
The staff was really nice and it felt that they know personally every guest in the hotel. They approached many times to make sure that everything is ok.
The pools nearby are also very attractive although we went on a cool day so didn't stay long.
What we didn't like was the beds. Matress of the double bed was too soft and I woke up with a back ake so the next day I slept on the couch. Also the pillows were too big for us.
Covid-19 wise I think they can improve. There are many signs about the regulations and many places where you can use alcohgel to clean hands but many guests didn't use face masks and I didn't see anyone telling them to do so. Even the staff was not always with mask on.
All in all, we had a very good time in the hotel and would strongly consider returning the next time we visit Jerusalem.

We didn't venture much on the property and thus my rating is only three stars. The rooms were spacious but rather dated. There were stains on the curtains, the bathroom wasn't great and the bed was a bit too hard for me. However, we only spent time at night since we were out exploring Jerusalem during the day.
We were lucky enough to be in Israel for Hanukkah and the hotel had sufganiyot while we were there (we stayed for three nights, one of which was the first night of Hanukkah).
The property is quiet and the front desk staff was very nice and extremely helpful. I needed to buy a postage stamp but the store was closed. The young lady at the desk said she would get one for me and that I could pick up when I returned later that day. Sure enough, it was there. Keep up the great customer service - thank you!

We checked into this hotel for a weekend stay and we were thoroughly disgusted with the facility and the customer service. We had booked 4 rooms well in advance and we had to cancel two of the rooms due to a medical emergency. We offered to provide medical documentation but were ignored when we emailed more than a week before our scheduled stay. When we arrived we were told that we should have canceled the other two rooms since the cancellation I submitted was for two fo the already paid rooms and they were non-refundable. No effort was made to make this right even in the case of a medical emergency. We also found the facility lacking - garbage was left in the hallway and never removed, very disorganized when we went to breakfast and were not allowed to be seated. That took another trip to the front desk to solve. The problem was with their system which evidently was not updated to reflect that we already paid for breakfast. Overall, very unsatisfied. Strongly discourage you from booking this facility.

We made a reservation for this weekend, all hotels in Jerusalem let religious people stay to after the Jewish Sabbath. When I made the reservation no one told me about any limitation. They phoned me 3 days later and told me I had to be out of the room by 14.
They cancelled my reservation without a problem, my kids were disappointed I will not book with them again

If you are looking for a hotel with a high level of cleanliness, I recommend going to another hotel. We booked 3 rooms at the end of August in the new wing when each of them had significant cleaning problems:
Remains of feces in the toilet, hairs in the shower and on the table and lamps, a black curtain with mold, dirt left on the floor under a child's bed, a coffee machine with the remains of old capsules, dust that has not been cleaned, to chain birds on the balcony and more.
The cost of the rooms is high and does not correspond at all to what was actually received. We wasted precious time, lots of anger and nerves during the first day until the rooms were cleaned.
Needless to say, compensation was not received, even though it was promised that there would be such from the managing director.
It's really a shame for me to write such a feedback, the hotel has a lot of potential but we're really not the only ones that this is their impression and experience.

I had a very good experience. They are remodeling areas and you should check your room for certain amenities. My wife needed a hair dryer and they forgot to put one in our room. Things like that should be checked. The food was delicious for breakfast and dinner. We were not able to use the workout facilities because again they were under remodeling. It is in the southern area of Jerusalem so it is a little more distant from the old city, etc... but it is a beautiful view of Bethlehem

We arrived at the hotel through friends' recommendations and really enjoyed every moment!
The evening and morning meals are varied and excellent, the staff is helpful and everything is very clean and pleasant.
We really enjoyed the adjacent countryside, and beyond that, the hotel organizes activities for children in the evening such as Komzitz and a baking workshop. We are a couple with a 3.5 year old and a baby and the girl enjoyed every moment.
highly recommend! Exceeded our expectations.

A family occasion was spoilt by the quality of the rooms and lack of service by employees mostly in the dining room. The food was or and often too spicy not the freshest either. We did enjoy the pool and surrounding grassy area. The hotel was none too clean considering we are still plagued with corona. The bedrooms were dirty some of the family had uncomfortable broken mattresses and a broken shower. The room carpet could do with a good steam clean as they are surely full of bacteria and fungus . All in all a big disappointment.

I went there for dinner only. I don’t know about staying there but The interior of the lobby all the way to the restaurant is updated and clean. Very nice.
Am not sure because we went there for lunch during our tour of the holy land
A public bus leaves every 20 minutes from the hotel to various destinations in town.
The price is about $2 per ticket in town.
You can see the information on the hotel web site.
Yes. Hair dryers in rooms and irons available to use in the hotel.
It is a kosher facility-breakfasts are plentiful and good (even without the meat). I am observant but do believe the pool is still open on Saturday as are any other facilities. Comfortable rooms, helpful staff, great location- highly recommend.
