I start writing the review with a confession because I was very afraid to return with the whole family to the hotel about which I wrote a difficult review five years ago. I requested to book 10 rooms for the whole family for Rosh Hashanah. The service at Prima's reservation center. I spoke with Anat who gave service above and beyond, patiently answered every question and offered solutions to my satisfaction. About a week before arrival I spoke with the hotel representative Nadia who took care even before we arrived of all requests for order and organization. As last time, the organization, cleanliness and service are excellent. Reception was very fast despite the large number of guests. Cold drinks and cakes were waiting for us at the entrance. I also had parking nearby. We went up to the room on the 3rd floor In the room, on the dresser, a postcard was waiting for us on a luxurious chrome page with a greeting from the hotel's CEO, Mr. Haim Elkoubi, and on the same paper, and an agenda for the two days of Rosh Hashanah, including times of meals and prayers and everything you need to know. The room is clean, the sheets and towels are clean and smell great, the bathroom and toilets In short, the hotel has undergone a major renovation since we stayed there last time. Pictures of wine vineyards and wine barrels were hung in the dining room, which was tastefully renovated and was already set in the same place as it was 5 years ago. The person in charge of the dining room, unfortunately, made sure that all the guests were satisfied. The holiday signs were arranged on the table and each guest received a colorful and designed page with the order of the blessings and the signs!!! was to their satisfaction. The synagogue had an excellent cantor and the kashrut overseer Shabtai made sure that nothing was missing in the synagogue for the visiting public. The hotel and the entire staff took into account the worshipers and we received breakfast after the prayer in a clean and orderly dining room as if it had only been opened when we arrived. Rich and varied breakfasts, a variety of types of fish, eggs, cheeses, pastries, breads, vegetables and more, everything is fresh, delicious and plentiful. No words. I hope that this opinion will not prevent me from booking rooms for the hotel again because everyone will be taken as it happened to me in other hotels that I am not able to book rooms because the hotels are fully booked thank God. But I'm happy to share my feelings. If I forgot which of the employees I must state that every request was handled quickly and to my satisfaction and I thank the entire staff.

We stayed for a long weekend from Wednesday, although we are returning guests but each time we are pleasantly surprised, the hotel is in an excellent location near the light rail, a quiet and calm hotel, clean and tidy rooms, a large and beautiful dining room, the food in the morning and in the evening is plentiful and very tasty. The attitude and service of all staff The hotel is very kind and does everything to make the stay at the hotel pleasant, it is worth noting Nadia who manages guest relations and Stephanie, Karem and Mali at the reception. In the dining room, we should mention the chef, Walid and Morsi who does everything for the benefit of the guest. There is no doubt that we will continue to stay at the hotel.

We arrived 2 pairs of friends with children. They welcomed us charmingly and took care of everything we needed. The rooms were a little narrow for strollers but we managed. The rooms themselves are of a high standard and were very clean and tidy (without all kinds of holes in the walls, outlets, etc. that we encountered in other hotels...). The staff was lovely and kind and took care of everything for us! The breakfast was the tastiest we ate (and we stayed in many hotels in Jerusalem). There is no breakfast as good as this!!! Just for her it's worth going! There is a lovely lobby with romantic lighting where you can sit quietly. There is also the option of buying wine and cakes for those who want a more romantic pastime or just a quiet place to sit and work or talk in the evening at ease with friends. The elevators are wide!! And come frequently (what fun! You don't have to crowd with a million other people or wait an hour). The location is excellent! Located at the entrance to the city so you can walk to the museums (Israel, Science Museum, etc.), Cinema City, Saker Park, etc. If you want to go further, then a central station is right across the road so you can just go anywhere in the city and thus you don't have to move around. Those who still arrive by car (like us, still loaded with children and equipment...) then there is parking at the hotel free of charge or blue and white parking if it is really busy and there is no space (and it is also only during certain hours for a fee. Usually they manage with parking). We were not pressured at the time of departure and were even allowed to get to the rooms first which were waiting for us. The couple of friends who came with us were shocked by the high level of the hotel (this is our second time at the hotel. We were previously with my parents and grandparents and even the Polish grandmother left the hotel happy. Says a lot...). In short - highly recommended! Great hotel and great service and at this price we got a lot!!! Thank you very much for a great experience! With God's help we hope to return soon!

Room with 2 comfortable beds. It has TV, central air conditioning, refrigerator and water heater with tea bags and instant coffee. The bathroom with shampoo and gel dispensers and a bar of soap. Very complete buffet, very varied and of very good quality. Friendly and correct staff. Just one but, many times (most) the buses cannot reach the hotel door which represents a great handicap if you have to carry suitcases or, as in our case, someone gets hurt and cannot walk properly.

The lovely hotel is in a good location near Isaac Wisdom Train of Jerusalem We were surprised to find out at 12 that the room was ready. It was nice. We were in a canoe.
Shameful breakfast we expected a lot more , unfresh vegetables than dried pastry Or milk replacement for those who drink coffee with vegetable milk (there was a durable bottle of poor soybeans) Dry pancakes that appear to have been made days ago, just disappointing The only thing that was edible was the stance of the strawberries.
For a 8.5 rating in boxing, I expected a lot more. It's a disregard for guests to serve this kind of food. We were hungry and angry.

Excellent hotel, very value for money. We arrived for the night in honor of my birthday, the room is spacious, very clean. I received water and chocolate as a gift. A view of the string bridge. The staff is very nice and helpful. There is a nice bar in the hotel and also a gym (which we didn't use). The hotel is in an excellent location, a few minutes' walk from the light rail station, where you can get anywhere in the city. We found parking quite easily in the area. Thank you Hotel Prima, we would love to stay again!

Had a very enjoyable stay, service was courteous. The level of cleanliness was high and the hotel is located in a very central area close to the market and Saker Garden and the night life of the city. You can walk around. There are also bus and light rail stations adjacent to the hotel. It is highly recommended to stay We will definitely be back……

Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and gold stay in Jerusalem.
I have 4 points to rate this hotel excellent: 1. Wonderful Staffs (special mention to Michael Feign, also Shereen and Karam. In the restaurant, Khaled, Omar, Khalil and Taseer, they are accommodating and helpful. Housekeeping is also fast and courteous.
2. Delicious Food. The restaurant ambiance is warm and inviting, and the food is amazingly delicious. The breads are freshly baked and the selection is large.
3. Location is near the Light Train (Kiryat Moshe station). This is just across the road.
4. Rent-a-Guide tour is picking up and dropping off in this hotel. This tour company is highly recommended too for excellent tour guides and coaches.
Rooms are comfortable though you will see some flaws on duvets, tubs and dirt marks on curtain and carpets. But overall, good.
The water bottle is free only for the 1st day. Compare to other hotels (probably in UAE) where water bottles are free daily.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we recommend this hotel.

Excellent customer service, the staff always seeks to fulfill/accomodate our requests. The check in staff Shireen was most helpful & sincere. The food is good especially the Shabbat meals, which we enjoyed with the wonderful atmosphere of local & foreign patrons. The hotel is clean & peaceful. The convenience of the Light Rail a minute away is great. Staff Morsi & Khaled particularly hv extended very warm middle eastern hospitality and always checking if everything is alright and if they can help to make our stay better. All the staff from frontdesk to restaurant to housekeeping, are helpful and all speak English. The internet works well too. We are also happy to hv the synagogue for times of prayer. We love the diversity of guests from different nations that we get to meet daily. We are staying total 13 days and initially thot we might want to try different hotel. However, we are most happy to stay on. Even tho, the room furniture & carpets are old & could do with a change, the hospitality of the hotel overshadows that drawback. We also thank the prompt outreach via email communications even prior to our arrival & our requests were taken into account by Michael Feigin, Reception Manager. Staff Shireen seemed to know our requests upon our check-in. Staff Imda (hope his name is correct) gv a call as soon as we were in our room to check if all was ok. He sent via Staff Morsi a large bouquet of cheerful balloons to celebrate my 33rd wedding anniversary, compliments of hotel. We will definately like to return to this hotel & recommend it as well. Blessings to Prima Park Hotel for their excellent service efforts!

Stayed at the Prima Park hotel for three nights. The beds were comfortable, nice bathrooms. The only complaint was that when the staff cleaned the room, they did not remove the dirty glasses and cups. The restaurant was buffet with wide variety of fresh delicious foods catering for everyone. The hotel staff were friendly and the dining room pleasant sit in and catch up with our group after a grueling day touring Jerusalem. The staff were friendly and I would definitely recommend this hotel and would also definitely stay there again

Indeed, there is a room on the 3th floor where you can iron, and I am pretty sure they can do that for you! Plastic bags in the wardrobe are used to deliver your wash... another option!
it is possible , attached is the link for the tour options .
you can surf the website " beinharimtours" and you will find all the trip options
