We weren't looking for, and hadn't been promised, luxury. After all, we were in Jerusalem for a conference and sightseeing so did not spend much time at PP. Our room was small, but functional. On the downside, there was a lot of visible wear and tear, so that was not so good. On the upside, the breakfast and dinner buffets were extensive and a good introduction to Jewish/Mediterranean food. For some strange reason, there was never enough cutlery on the tables and sometimes no cups, forcing us to scrounge from other tables not occupied by other people. Mist, but not all, staff were reasonably friendly and knew enough English.

The lobby is the best part of the hotel. The buffet breakfasts are extremely overpriced. The hotel rooms are very noisy you can hear everything going on on the roads below. I can also hear the lift all night. The carpets are old and dirty. The hotel is far from everything. Have to take a taxi everyone you leave the hotel closest shops are 2 km away. The staff are all very unfriendly and never smile. Would not stay here again!

It was the most horrible place we been guest. Employees don’t know anything about service essentials. No respect a all for the costumers. This is a place where I never go back. Tables in dining room whit poor set up. Hostess were so rude, and some servers as well.

We used Avios points to pay for this old run down hotel. The rooms are one star with a tiny window old beds poorly decorated. Worst of all Avios charge three to four time of the value of the points, one expects a four star hotel but lands up with a two star old tired hotel - so first Avios rips you off the the actual hotel lands up being a dump. It’s a long walk to the old city and there so many smaller hotels to book in that are so much better -It also has no pool no place to buy snacks the bar is dated in the 1980 the decor is dated in the 1980s as well what a wast of collection of Avios points which are True WAST you of time and money
