Location with lovely views of Jerusalem but nothing within walking distance. The rooms are outdated and the hotel is very big so there's a long way to go to the rooms. Very good breakfast and large and beautiful dining room. they have a big parkin lot.

The hotel was beautiful, the buffets were more like a fancy cruise, the rooms were very comfortable - bathrooms were modern, beds were wonderful, rooms were spacious, the view of the city was incredible, the pools were wonderful. I want to go back!!

We stayed for two nights during August, in a family room. Bottom line, my 3yo enjoyed the hotel, us adults not so much. Didn't feel like we got our money's worth. Don't think we'll return to that hotel any time soon. Good - clean; room was not facing the pool, so no noise; staff was very kind; underground parking lot... More

Nice hotel with all the amenities you would expect. Fabulous view of the city. Breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices. Beds were comfortable with firm mattresses. Lots of storage space in the bathroom and in the room for cloths. Needed better lighting in the bathrooms. It was a 20 minute ride to the Old City. They had their own... More

Stayed for a weekend with the family. Had Friday dinner and Saturday breakfast - both were very good. Hotel is very large. has both outdoor and indoor pools, Hamam, nice fitness area, a spa - and a great view of Jerusalem. Maintenance is weak, service average, and public areas run down. Overall it is an excellent choice for families with... More

Beautiful hotel, high standards throughout. Excellent food (breakfast and dinner). Splendid view across the city from the patio, especially at night. Very courteous and helpful staff. Nice and cool when 40c+ outside

Huge hotel geared toward large tourist groups. Mobbed with large groups of people, including the breakfast buffet. There were four of us, and it became apparent that the hotel didn't care about our small group. Room key stopped working. No food to be found in the hotel after a certain hour, and the food that was available was kosher (read:... More

They have the most helpful staff!! Our luggage got lost and they helped us find replacements and helped us reschedule our tours. The breakfast was delicious and a great variety! It was close enough to the old city but not too close. A short cab ride away. Enjoyed several restaurants within walking distance.

Wow !!, what a weekend!! . Amazingly, our check-in was handled quickly and efficiently, and we were soon on our way to our adjoining rooms ( 2 adults 1 adult child, 1 child). With such a large hotel with such an unconventional layout, our first minutes were spent hunting for our room, but helpful staff soon had us heading in... More

I stayed in the older part of the Hotel, and the room was a pretty decent size as was the bathroom. The bath/shower only has a half door, and water gets all over the floor. There is plenty of storage for your bathroom items, but limited for more than 1 suitcase. There were not a lot of outlets for electronics... More
