What an amazing hotel, both aesthetically and culturally. Staff are engaging, friendly, professional, helpful and the concierge desk staff (especially Eviatar) willing to help navigate challenges with car bookings, getting in touch with local doctor (Ron) when kids were sick, reservations and beyond. It has just been an absolute treat and pleasure and of course we have extended the booking. We are not keen to leave. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting J’lem. The proximity to the old City and town centre is a real bonus and the rooms are stunning. But the staff make it the perfect stay!

We stayed of the Hotels Superior rooms. They had set it up so nicely for us. There was a bottle of delicious Champagne, sitting in an ice bucket, and also some little deserts, waiting for us in the room upon arrival. The food is DELICIOUS 😋 The view is GORGEOUS 🤩 The staff is simply the BEST 👌🏻 Thank you JOSSI S. for your kind, professional and caring Help 🤟🏻 We are looking forward to our next stay in The David Citadel Hotel 😊

This hotel is fantastic, 5 star stay and luxurious meals. Manuel and Nurit were super friendly and helpful + the GM Eyal himself made us feel like his personal guests. Will definitely come again! We stayed for 3 days and toured the old city and city centre. Jerusalem is a unique city, and this is a great 5 star class place to stay while visiting. Thank you

I was fortunate to have selected this hotel for the celebration of my sone bar mitzvah after years of limited overseas travel. The hospitality and welcoming attitude of the staff and desire to please stands alone - a special mention to the beautiful waiting staff and artist barrista Sumer and Ata who delighted our children with their special artistic drink creations. The food was fresh and delicious and the location ideal to comfortably move about to the near mall and artistic areas of umbrella street. I’ve left planning my next holiday to return!!

We stayed at the Citadel for the week of Rosh Hosanna our server Samir Bahgah was amazing and new exactly what we needed every morning for breakfast. The special coffees made to order from Samer Mu were adorable and the custom omelettes by ATA Baugah kept us satisfied for the day! Absolutely gorgeous hotel with 5 star service. The breakfast is a work of art and something to look forward to each day. Excellent accommodations, very comfortable beds, the bathtub is so luxurious! We were treated like family from the moment of arrival. The hotel provided a personal guide for us Maher that took exceptional care of my elderly father and his special needs. He even went into the Dead Sea with my dad and floated with him! Maher is incredibly knowledgeable about the Religious and history of the area.
