Beautiful view, good food, great spa and pool. But on top of everything stands the service. the staff is there for every wish you have, especially Said who goes above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

With Israel exiting Covid-19 lock down, we booked a 2 night stay over the weekend. Parking is under the hotel and the deal including free parking. There is no other parking in the area. Check-in was easy since the hotel had just reopened that day after being shut down for a number of months. We had the Alcove Deluxe room which was perfect. Slippers, robes, and all the other usual swag one would find in a 5 star hotel. The digital scale in the bathroom had a dead battery - something a 5 star hotel should check in every room. The minibar is the pressure sensitive kind which I dislike since it reflects a distrust for customers. The staff were all extremely helpful and happy to have clients once again. Breakfast was fine although they were already kosher for passover which meant no cakes and breads. They did have 2 types of smoked salmon which is always a good indicator. The meals were also all excellent, although at lunch on Shabbat they ran out of lamb shoulder very quickly which should never happen. All in all and excellent choice especially for the location which can't be beat.

Planning this vacation we were looking specifically for a hotel with Old City views and two queens beds for us and our teenage children. According to pictures on multiple sites the room we picked had just that. (Superior family room) and I of course paid the high price. When we arrived it was a room with one bed and one pull out sofa bed that was impossible to sleep on. and the view was of a backstreet with nothing else. Thinking a mistake was made - the front desk informed me that the room I received is the room I overpaid for and nothing more. I do not fault booking.com. I fault the hotel for giving them the wrong pictures to display for this room. While at the front desk a young man next to me had the same issue and complaint of his room. He too could not believe this mistake and was upset by it. I was promised someone would contact me from the hotel after our stay but a week has passed - and nothing. very disappointing from a hotel of this quality. Besides this, the service at the dining room and the location was perfect.

Came 2 families for 2 birthday celebration, very disappointed in the welcoming staff, poor servise, such ashame. The hotel itself is very nice. Not enough workers, i blame it on the managers not the staff. Not going to come back.

Me and my family (3 rooms) spent two nights in the hotel. The breakfast was terrible! It was very chaotic and not clean. When we wanted to inform the manager about it, we spoke with the manager Ze’ev that was very disrespectful, shameful and rude! He barely listened and claimed that every thing we say is not true which is not appropriate and not expected from a manager. We are very disappointed from the service! Really not worth the money, we are not going to come back!
