I was very tired when I got to the hotel after my flight, and the hotel welcomed me and helped my stay feel as comfortable as possible. The food in the breakfast buffet was very delicious and the staff and service was excellent. I will gladly come back to visit again!

Yes it is a five star hotel, but it is overrated. The staff tries its best but it is overrun by the guests, most of the guest are loud, pushy demanding guests. The rooms are adequate for what u are paying. The Shabbat meals are so over priced and the food is not plentiful or that fantastic. No beverages are...

My single occupancy twin room was more like a suite. In addition to the very large beds It had a sofa and two armchairs plus a large dining table with four high backed chairs. The reception staff were extremely helpful and the ultra modern lifts always available and efficient. The breakfast couldn't be beaten but was let down by the...

stayed 10 nights. Hotel advertised on many websites that they offered HDTV in certain rooms and high speed internet. I selected an upgraded room based on those promises and neither was true. Engineers at the hotel confirmed that there is no HDTV and that the internet at its fastest was maybe 2 Gigabyte speed. When I pointed out to management...

Never have I experienced the overwhelming and personal kindness of a hotel staff like Leonardo Plaza. Each and every member person was generous on both a personal and professional level. The hotel is very comfortable with modern amenities - and an outrageous buffet for all meals. The 50-yard selection of fruits, meats, desserts, breads and other items is wonderfully prepared....

Our room was lovely and well equipped, the staff was helpful with any small issues we had, they took care of it right away. The breakfast that came with our room was the best in Israel, truly unbelievable. We didn't use the pool because the weather was cold and raining. Also, this hotel is in a great location, very centrally...

We arrived in the afternoon and was greeted by the staff. We were assigned an agent that make sure everything was ok. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable. However, you did don't want to look to close at anything since the Robert ok was not very clean. I have to admit though the food here was excellent.
