I thought it would be pretty neat to celebrate my birthday by having a glass of champagne at the hotel with my hubby. We assumed the hotel had a roof-top bar and we were looking forward to enjoying a drink with what would surely be an amazing view. Come to find out, the hotel has no roof-top bar, it's just...

I have been to the King David Hotel a few time over the years and it never changes. It is always elegance at it's best. It is truly Israel's best who heads of states have visited over the years, If it is too expensive for your pockets it is worth going in and having a coffee to feel the decades...

The King David is extraordinary! Not to be missed. Rooms are warm, spacious & very comfortable. Service is amazing! One friend lost her earring down the sink; the hotel had someone open the plumbing under the sink & retrieved her earring. Great location, walking to the Mall & Old Town. Big Buffet breakfast. really special and so historical. Note the...

We had a very meaningful holiday at the King David and thank Sheldon Ritz for his wonderful hospitality. The rooms were perfect, the seder was very nice, and we will definitely be back in the future. Thank you again and sorry for the delayed review!

Honestly, don't understand what all the fuss is about. Not worth the price (500$ for bb) with all due respect to history it's not a museum but a hotel. un sufficient parking lot fills rapidly - sends you to search for parking on the street with no valet option. no kettle in the room ? squiqing and stucking curtain motors...

Early February in Jerusalem was cool but sunny. It had rained days before. The King David is known as Jerusalem pre-eminent hotel and it's view of old Jerusalem is indeed magnificent. The service at the hotel is excellent. The staff is clearly well trained and very polite; friendly but not too much and seems aware of guests' different profiles. I...

The King David's Hotel and its employees are so gracious! We went to see the beautiful hotel where many dignitaries have stayed. Don't miss the photos on the stairs. Must stroll down the hall and read the signatures on the floor. Follow this up with a lovely break in the Wine Bar. Appetizers and drinks of all kinds. Beautiful surroundings.

We've been to Jerusalem many times, but this was our first stay at the King David in many years. The hotel is beautiful and is of course a historic landmark. The entry and lobby are grand but very inviting. Check in was smooth and the room was very comfortable. The view of the Old City is timeless and never fails...

We were lucky enough to stay at the King David for 4 nights. It was as close to flawless as I can imagine. It's absolutely beautiful but in no way stuffy or pretentious. It's history is fascinating and they have a channel that tells the story in a way that makes you even more happy to be there. The service...
