I stayed in the garden room. It is spacious with 2 double beds. The room is quite large and a large bathroom with a shower and separate bathtub. The garden is a nice terrace facing the Old city walls and their beautiful swimming pool. The pool is the best one in Jerusalem, surrounded by greenery, trees, lots of lawn chairs,... More

This is great hotel where the style is classic but not stuffy and the staff is very professional and friendly. Our room was spacious, modern, and well appointed. The bath room included a jacuzzi and was first rate in terms of design and function. I usually don't care about views from hotel rooms but have to admit that our view... More

Great location, beautiful setting and excellent service. Comfortable rooms on the more classic side. Nice nibbles+free water in the room are a great idea. Excellent facilities for the sports enthusiasts (tennis courts open till late!)

My husband and I left Boston, looking forward to another great vacation in Israel, however, I did have a bit of a sore throat. Nothing to worry about, still excited about our arrival at the beautiful King David Hotel. By the time we arrived at the hotel I had the worst cough and cold I've ever had. I really just... More

A very expensive hotel but you won't be disappointed it is a truly great hotel. The rooms are in pristine condition and are a good size. The pool area is lovely with a big grass area and the food is excellent through out the hotel. The staff are happy to help in any way they can. A special mention has... More

Wonderful stay at the King David. Ask for view of the Old City, which is superb. Food was very good and service was excellent. Only one minor nit--checkout was slow due to a foreign delegation monopolizing the one desk clerk. But still rates five outstanding stars.

Hotel has the best location for exploration of the old city while enjoying all the best of modern comforts, nice shopping areas and great restaurants. This hotel is truly a piece of history. The service is first class. The views are beautiful. Loves the breakfast, it was the best.

It's nice to go to look at but not to stay. Although the rooms are large they are very tired way over due for refurbishing, carpets and furniture both stained and dirty looking, not at all appealing. Also one of our rooms really had a bad smell. The outside is beautiful, it's too bad the inside is so depressing. The... More

We loved staying at this beautiful hotel with our family. The staff was very accommodating and learned our names and preferences immediately. The breakfast buffet was inventive and delicious. Our children loved looking at the tiles inscribed with the signatures of all the famous former guests. The only disadvantage was that there was a limit of 3 to a room which... More
