An amazing location across the street from the Damascus Gate -- in 5 minutes you are in the Old City. This is an older facility is perhaps a little tired. Our room was renovated and well appointed. The restaurant is excellent. The desk, restaurant, support staff are simply outstanding in their effort to make your experience a good one. While... More

I chose this hotel based on that it is pet friendly and the location. The hotel is very clean and friendly. The rooms are a good size. The hotel is pretty quite: The most excellent part is the garden tomb is directly behind the hotel and it is a skip and jump from the Damascus Gate. The location is perfect... More

We arrived in Golden Walls by chance, without reservation and late in the evening. However, the reception clerk greeted us cheerfully and managed to find a room for us. It was rather small, with a window facing a parking space, but the bed seemed fresh and clean, so we took it. Breakfast buffet did it for us. Although the veg... More

Literally 5 mins away from Al Aqsa Mosque, markets and food courts nearby, nice, neat and tidy hotel. New lounge looks topnotch staff really friendly. You get buffet in the morning and evening. The menu can be improved with a little more variety. Apart from that excellent hotel. Highly recommended

Dear valued guest, I am sorry that you had such a stay with us. We are always attentive to all the details. Perhaps we have slipped somewhere! We are remodelling all our rooms and Lobby area. This is a long process that needs a lot of attention from our side. We are terribly sorry for any inconvenience we might have... More

This is my second time to stay in this hotel. This hotel was very close to the old city of Jerusalem. Last time when I stayed this hotel, from my room I could see the gate. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff were very friendly, and on the Friday night of my stay there was a festive evening with Arabic music and dancing!
