We loved staying here this weekend. The views from the high floor rooms is spectacular...literally couldn't take my eyes off it at night! However the disappointing factor was the Lounge, which of course is a nice extra. Service there ends Friday afternoon and all through the evening and Saturday its unmanned - tables are not cleared nor are dishes restocked regularly. The selection of snacks is really basic - slices of plain cake and cut up fruit. Tea and coffee sachets and cold drinks in the mini bar. After seeing how full and inviting the main breakfast was on Saturday morning its unclear why items such as pastries, cheese, vegetables, rolls and other cold items couldnt be served on the Lounge. And its a pity because its such a relaxing quiet space. The hotel has been renovated but the lifts are still being serviced so not always available. We loved our stay but would be happy to see changes as mentioned above.

Business hotel close to the centre, off Jaffa street, with good access and private parking. Rooms are renovated in the last decade, some public areas not yet. Small gym and large pool, outdoors and covered. Breakfast can be magnificent except on specific holidays, when you find yourself on the 21st floor business center eating a very reduced selection. At least there is a good Espresso machine. On Shabbat and other holidays, food and beverage are disrupted and only an expensive buffet is available. Make alternative plans!

From the check-in with Linoy, thru the concierge Benny who gave us all the info about the city and made sure we will maximize our experience here… the security officers Dolev and Liora helped us with every obstacle we had…in one word “Perfect”!

Renovated rooms. Very friendly staff. Especially Anat Kazari at the reception. Excellent view. As we enjoyed the snow experience of that weekend. Ronit Sinai, Customer Manager is attentive helpful and efficient. Rooms a little small not as expected of 5 star. Close to Cinema City and shops. Nice Shabbat diner. Service in breakfast a little slow maybe lack of staff.

Excellent service, tasty food, perfect location, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Whether for business, couples, family, the Vert is the perfect hotel. Highly recommend you try it. This was the tall hotel for many years at the entrance to Jerusalem, now owned by Africa Israel. Recommend.

We arrived on a Friday for a single night B+B and enjoyed our stay very much. I remember this hotel from my childhood and even as dated as the hotel is and sometimes looks - it only contributes to the total feel of a very fine, modern and tightly run establishment. I strongly and sincerely recommend.

With all the craziness of travel changes and avoiding crowds at airports, we're thankful for the Jerusalem Crowne Plaza. We chose to stay in the hotel near the Israel Museum, Knesset and train station 3/8 to 3/10/20 in the midst of the city's coronavirus shut-down. Since there were few people in the hotel, the manager kindly gave us access to the hotel Club Suite the day we checked out. This allowed us to rest and work on the 21st Floor with a beautiful view of Jerusalem and have tasty food and beverages during the day. We remained until 5PM and took a cab 'down the hill' to take the new high speed train to Ben Gurion airport. We will long remember the lovely high-rise hotel how gracious the staff was to us. We were most thankful for choosing the Crowne Plaza in Jerusalem! [The hotel is easily accessible from the new inexpensive train from Tel Aviv / Ben Gurion airport, and also by light rail from other parts of Jerusalem.]

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Jerusalem for a long weekend. The service i received was very good. The most impressive part, however, was in the business lounge where Salma Haidar took care of us. She takes genuine pride in her work making each person feel very welcome there and making sure everything is always up to standard and it shows. Nothing is ever too much to ask and she is always happy to help. The food was very tasty however i would like to see a wider array of drinks e.g. freshly squeezed juices ect. Overall i thoroughly enjoyed and thank you very much

I am a long stay warrior and have been staying since the 5th is Jan 2020... the staff is amazing and very helpful. The ClubLounge has a wonderful view and very good food. Amr. and Salma take wonderful care of the lounge and keep it clean. They are a great asset to Crown Plaza and should be recognized.. as well as Sheriff although he is more in the back he has great attitude and willing to help resolve any issue in the ClubLounge... I definitely would recommend crown plaza.
