Our room in the new wing was nicely updated and clean. Few things not working properly upon arrival, but the staff was attentive and prompt in fixing these things. Inbar was exceptional. The location was excellent, walking distance almost anywhere. We would definitely stay there again, especially for the price! Only issue I have is the parking situation. There is... More

We made a reservation here for my son's volunteering program. The terms of the site where we booked give us a reasonable cancellation window. I, however, messed up and although the error was all my fault, the hotel refunded us our payment for the unused nights. Very helpful staff to my teen who was traveling there alone. Next time I'm... Nice room, great location and value. Considering it is in the heart of the city, the room was also pretty quiet. Only issue is parking and unloading of luggage - if you have a car there is no convenient way to unload luggage and parking is not very close.

We arrived early in Jerusalem and did not have an option of an early check in but the front desk staff was very helpful, and they accommodated our baggage and gave us one of the two rooms early. Great location, no breakfast but a comfortable stay with little frills. It suited us very well.

Centralized, clean, budget friendly place to stay. Walking distance to most everything like the Kotel, Shuk, Bars, restaurants, etc...Near the trolleys and buses. Great staff. Make sure to get gelato at Aldo. They even let you shower in a private bathroom after you've roamed the streets and are sweaty after checking out.

Staying here for eight days with my sister and brother-in-law. We each have our own suite and are so well taken care of by the wonderful staff. The location couldn't be better, we walk everywhere. I did have some problems with my room and the staff work very hard to fix everything. I gave it to four instead of five... More

This is really self-catering apartments more than a hotel. We had a duplex which was modern and spacious. The downstairs bedroom was very comfortable, but the upstairs bed was actually a small couch (not a sofa bed) which was somewhat uncomfortable with sheets that could not stay on. It would probably suit two people much better than three. Having the... More

This is the first time I find myself completely at odds with the majority of reviewers on Trip advisor. This hotel was pretty bad. No, that is being generous. It was AWFUL. Yes, good location and we were greeted warmly. But the nice man at the front desk could not save me from the horribleness of this hotel. It was... More

Great place, friendly staff, reasonably priced. Free breakfast, and drinks. Good rooms. Staff ready to help any way they can. Looking forward to another trip to Tiberias and will stay there. Would recommend this place.

Actually we stayed at the Shamai Suites property about 10 minutes from 'City Center', the other property run by this company. We loved our location, so close to Jaffa Street, a 10/15 minute walk through Jaffa Gate to the Shuk or Souk market and another 10 minutes down to the Western Wall.In the other direction up Jaffa Streetabout 10/15 minutes...
