The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable and very close to the old town. The quality and price ratio, indisputable. I hope to return soon to the wonderful Jerusalem. A real surprise this hotel

Nice small but efficient room. Staff is great. Walking distance to Old Jerusalem's Jaffe Gate. Great food surrounding the location. Breakfast restaurants were numerous and fantastic. Shopping at great prices were plentiful.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff were the BEST!! I called before I went there, and they told me about taking the Nesher from Tel Aviv to the hotel--for only $20.00 per person. (they do accept America money) . They helped us find the shopping area only 2 blocks away and stored our luggage when we checked out....

A small hotel with a location that cannot be beat! The hotel is not luxury but has satisfactory ammenities, clean and comfortable rooms although the bathrooom was tiny. The staff were friendly and willing to assist us with queries. The mini kitchenette was a bonus

We had a change in travel plans, and ended up staying in Jerusalem an extra day. We booked this hotel last minute. The person who checked us in was very nice and helpful. There is nothing really outstanding about the hotel itself, it is pretty basic. The room was clean and comfortable.

I was looking for a nice, centrally located hotel--and found it!. The room was clean, comfortable and included a kitchenette. The staff was always accessible and eager to help. Most places are a short walk from the hotel, and tours will pick you up at the hotel. It was my first trip to Jerusalem and was pleased with my hotel...

We had 2 different rooms at City Center Apartments :one studio and one superior studio I found it a place of contradictions. One the one hand there are gels, soaps and disposable shower-cap in the bathrooms , sachets of tea, coffee & sugar near the kettle, room is serviced each day and towels are changed (although they are not exactly fluffy and...

We'll be coming back to Israel and Jerusalem and City Centre for sure . Agui the Manager especially went above and beyond...
