הספא היה מאכזב מאוד. שירות ברמה נמוכה מאוד. הרסו לנו את כל חווית השהות במלון עצמו. לא מומלץ Very disappointing service and spa overall They literally ruined the all stay for us at the hotel (the hotel room was great however)

Hotel's Favorite
This was as find a hotel stay as we have ever had. From the second we checked in at the front desk. To the help from the Bellmean, Everybody at the hotel was so kind and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful rooms are well kept and housekeeping and turn down service were both excellent. The swimming pool has just reopened. The star of the show is the breakfast. It’s the best that I’ve had in Israel. Cured salmon just melts in your mouth. And as good as the food was the service was even better. FAOUD manages the staff and is just a great guy always making sure we had everything we needed. Two servers really stood out in Sammi and Aaron. They take tremendous pride in what they do and we are in some cases bring us but we have been having every morning before we even ask for it. Especially as Israel is emerging from COVID you will never have an opportunity to stay at a 5 star hotels like this for such a reasonable room rate. God-willing we can return soon. Well done!

I have stayed at the Waldorf in Jerusalem before and will certainly do so again. The property is beautiful and has a very classic feel, the service is top notch. The absolute hidden gem is the superb concierge Alessandro Barracca. He simplified the whole travel experience which included multiple airline complexities and literally greeted me as i stepped out of the car from the airport; he personally escorted me to my room in seconds and made me feel perfectly at home. He assisted with an excellent solution for the government mandated serology test for foreign citizens and gave me piece of mind during my stay. The Waldorf itself is great - but Alessandro is a star!

Great experience! We stayed for 2 nights after our wedding. Very welcoming and warm staff. Extraordinary service - Gali from the King’s court and Aharon from the Palace restaurant. Delicious breakfast on Sunday (and weekdays). High standard facilities. Very recommended!
