Not a safe environment. Dishonest taxi drivers and people soliciting are always around to rip customers off. Wifi is horrible at times, hotel staff not professional in most cases. Be-careful of the cheapness of this hotel, its not worth it.. Azziz, a taxi driver is a big crook and like to bully strangers. the only advantage of this hotel is...

The area is quite dangerous and many taxi drivers will not want to take you there. The taxi driver (Aziz) who hangs around the hotel is not an honest person. I booked a taxi with him to go to the airport ( 250 shekels) When I was about to leave for the airport at 5 am, there was another person...

The Jerusalem Panorama Hotel is not what the advertising claims it to be. It has very poor accommodation which is suitable for people who do not care about hygiene and safety standards. The ‘panoramic view’s’ promised by advertising is only available partially from the floor breakfast room only. No bedroom has access to the panoramic view as new buildings are...

I just returned from a group trip to Jerusalem. We used this hotel on the recommendation of a friend. We booked it on booking.com and was perfect for a group because they had rooms with 4 beds in them. This helped us keep our cost down as we were traveling on a budget. We were able to make it to...

This is a nice, solid hotel, situated in East Jerusalem and providing one of the few hotels in that part of the city. It's view is excellent of the Old City and its family atmosphere is very hospitable. Well worth staying there!

I stayed in this for almost a week. It is located in East Jerusalem and I didn't have any problem during my stay but apart from one incident with the security forces. This hotel offers a wonderful views overlooking the Old City. Many people can argue that Jerusalem can be seen from any of the hill but seeing from your...
