Came across this hotel by accident and absolutely delighted I stayed there. Super clean, slick team work and passion for perfection. Yarno & Stephane - outstanding service and professionalism. So much thought has gone into designing this hotel and it takes time to appreciate the nuances. One of the nicest beds ever and really a luxury home away from home....

The hotel is a bit of a contradiction. The location, the staff, the service, and the food were excellent. On arrival there was a welcoming bottle of Israeli wine in the room. There was also bottled water (at no charge) and a Nespresso coffee machine. One afternoon there was a free wine tasting in the bar that was quite pleasant...

I recently had a 4 day/3 night stay at the Mamilla. The customer service was beyond expected. Room was impeccably taken care of every day. I accidently left several articles of clothing in the closet of my room, only to realize this after departure. Simon Alaouf, service manager, arranged to have the items to be shipped to me after I...

We arrived after a night flight and were impressed with how early they got the room ready for us. Room was fine but needs a bit of love and attention. Bar was crazy noisy and the floor below our room so had to complain about the noise but they did turn it down so thank you . Room cleaning was...

Let's set the perspective. $500/night for a "suite". Three nights. Now, let's describe what I got: * A large room with a wooden room divider that made this room a suite. * The "sitting room" with one sofa and one side chair. WITH STAINS. * Two "paintings" just hung up on the wall. Not aligned...just hung. * A bathroom where...

We were planning on staying at another Jerusalem hotel that is very highly rated on Trip Advisor, but after staying at another of that brand's locations close to Tel Aviv, we decided we'd rather try a different hotel. We chose the Mamilla, and it is part of what made our 1-week trip to Jerusalem so memorable. The modern aesthetic is...

We arrived to the hotel at night and we were just happy to be there. The hotel (specially at night) looks beautiful and luxurious. We were escorted to our rooms to see them and received complimentary wine as a welcome gift! So thoughtful!! Everything is absolutely clean and well done. On one side I have to agree on another comment...

We celebrated our 14th anniverary at the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, perfectly located, excellent service at all times. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The only drawback I found, which was unfortunately, quite annoying, was in the the room: it was tiny, with a wooden floor and stony bath and sink, which may have been quite unique at...

Visited the Mamilla for an anniversary celebration - luxury atmosphere, wonderful staff and a great experience overall. For a one night stay they pulled out all the stops they could to make it special, including amenities and VIP service. Special mention to Emmanuel, who is the embodiment of hospitality and provided great assistance.
