Very nice room and unique bathroom facilities; the hotel team was helpful and provided services with good will and kindeness; Nice breakfast food. The sightseeing trip on Saturday morning with Oded Amitai was a real benefit of our stay at Mamilla. We will come again to this hotel if they will provide similar sightseeing trips. Oded has endless knowledge on the history, archeology, culture of Jerusalem and in general. The tour was presented with great sensitivity besides the vast knowledge.

The location of the hotel is great , in the center of everything, the service is good , friendly staff . BUT the hotel is no longer 5 star quality, more like 3 stars . The room was old , bathroom door not closing , walls peeling off . The food is terrible, no other way to say it. I paid 700 nis for Friday dinner , more like food you buy at the supermarket, barley any variety and cheap looking food , even the bread isn’t fresh and dry , same for breakfast, I was so surprised, as the hotel is a 5 star hotel I was expecting at least for it to be good . Super disappointed.
