The new Orient Jerusalem, part of Isrotel's Exclusive Collection, is strategically positioned in the heart of one of the city's most vibrant, upscale neighborhoods offering an abundance of leisure and entertainment options as well as panoramic views of the old and new city. The hotel is a short walking distance from the Old City and just steps away from HaTachana, the city’s first-ever train station which has since transformed into a lively district of designer boutiques, galleries, trendy cafes and restaurants. The hotel's design, inspired by the past, and guided by the future, features 243 beautifully-appointed guestrooms and suites in its newly constructed central building, as well as a selection of opulent accommodations inside two expertly preserved Templar Buildings from 1882 and 1883. Orient's cuisine offers a creative culinary approach inspired by Jerusalem’s neighborhoods and local Israeli tastes. The Hotel's extraordinary events' venues offer versatile conference rooms .

We stayed the 3 of us, mother and 2 daughters (age 30) in the suite facing beautiful view, great room and the service of the staff was wonderful. It felt they really want us back and did the upmost to please and serve. The hotel was fully booked and they had a big staff to cater and care. The breakfast was fantastic and the lounge is a great pleasure to have. The weekend was perfect .we will be back soon. The manager and her staff were around to see that everyone is content. G R E A T

Visited for one night with my wife. Lie no 1.- they charge you the "modest" price of US$600/night!!! for room with small balcony and view of old city (according to hotel website) - well madam hotel manager, from room 723 you have to be acrobat and do snapling to try and see something from the old city. Lie no 2 - we have been told that sunset view from rooftop bar is something not to be missed. Upon check in We double checked that rooftop bar is open. We shortcut a meeting to be on time for sunset just to find out that bar was closed! Just few more 'small" things: A. When we first enter the room, we found that someone was in the room before us and it wasn't properly cleaned. Dirty towel, papers on the floor (we are still in Corona time madam hotel manager!) B. For the outrageous price of US$600/night, you can be a bit more generous and put 2 bottles of water for couple. One good word about the staff of the main bar who try to handle the story and comfort us the best they could. Stay away!!!

It is a rather new beautiful hotel Well decorated with nice rooms and excellent friendly service of all staff members we have encountered. The hotel is located South-West to the old city (about 10 minutes’ drive). While a few rooms (or suits) at the most Northern side (definitely at the higher floors), are likely to be of “Old city view”, they sell at a quite significant surcharge many other rooms as of “Old city view”. Many of these rooms actually face some old warehouses or the old Train Station. In order to actually see the old city from those rooms, one should really bend out of the window in the North-East direction.

Fortunately the Corona's lockdown is over, and this hotel was our choice to celebrate the freedom. It was fantastic, the location, the parking, the big room and the staff. The breakfast was one of the best ever.
