I was in a group for holyland visit. - room s clean with accepted size and good view in a relatively calm area. Bed with only one thin and narrow covering not suitable for february cold weather. One thin pillow only for each bed. Hot water in bathroom s never truely hot. No door signals made a man to open the room even with no knocking. -lobby s clean with available tea but forget to have coffe. If u r in need to get to the lobby toilet, u will hang ur jacket on the ground because nothing for hanging behind the door as usual. - breakfast good -dinner salades r good but the main dish and deserts r not at all but in need to be in bigger amounts and varieties. - all these made me tell u never expect the 4 star. BUT all employees r more than excellent in all departments. I appreciate zafer, anitta, leila and farida at the reception and mohamed at the resturant,…

As a hotel that has been identified as a four star hotel, I will give them one star. If they were identified as an two star hotel I would give them four stars. The hotel lounge is clean, but basic. The dining area is basic. When I went to eat the tables were not wiped down from the previous large party. The shower leaks into the bathroom floors. The staff is courteous and informative. The problem is that this is not a four star hotel, but a two star.
Definitely not classified as a 4star hotel. It’s in the middle of nowhere. There are no important facilities nearby for a tourist. The rooms are very basic and small. The only thing good was I have asked a room with a view, they even have balconies. But you don’t stay out to look at the view, you also need to be completely comfortable and easy access to get money and to eat. I also asked to fix the safe in my room, no maintenance guy in the hotel for a quick fix.
We stayed here one night and it was horrible. Found out the air conditioning is wired to a motion detector in the room. As soon as you fall asleep and quit moving it turns the air off and you start to roast. You then wake up and restart it and this cycle of sleeping and waking went on ALL NIGHT LONG. The window was bolted closed. Desk clerk could not override the system. At 5 am the Muslim mosque nearby started their amplified call to prayer. Again no sleep. Breakfast was poor. Much of the food was already gone when we got there. Plus it is in a rough part of east Jerusalem. Manager would not refund our stay. Had to appeal to our credit card which backed and we did get our money back despite the hotels opposition.
