We had a very nice stay at this hotel. We have very much appreciated the location and the staff, all the employees were nice and ready to help – especially Anita at the reception was very helpful and friendly, not to forget Rana at the breakfast who was always smiley and attentive. Thanks to all for making our stay the best possible.

I spent a few nights at Victoria Hotel because of its convenient location and good price. It was very easy to walk to the Old City or up the Mount of Olives everyday. My room was quiet and clean, and the included breakfast was delicious — they have a lot of variety and I looked forward to it every morning. Some parts of the hotel seem older than others; my bathroom was not in great shape, but it was cleaned daily and it sounds like they have plans to renovate the older rooms. All of the employees that I met, from the cooks to the receptionists, were very friendly and helpful.

The reason for my statement is soon explained. This is a hotel in the Arab part of Jerusalem, of a good standard, well maintained. My room and bathroom were impeccable. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The staff are polite and helpful. Finally, the hotel is within walking distance of Herod's Gate, therefore of the walled city of Jerusalem.
The choice by our tour operator has therefore proved wise, and I recommend this solution also to independent travelers.

We stayed there 2 nights while touring the Old City of Jerusalem. It was so close to Herod’s Gate(a few blocks) we did not need any transportation.

They serve a nice breakfast spread that included countless varieties of authentic Palestinian delicacies. It is an all u can eat free Buffett included in the price of your room.

Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were air conditioned with windows. Our room even had a nice patio overlooking city. The hotel was a little old but clean and neat and well kept.

I would definitely return to the hotel on my next visit to Jerusalem. While it is a very nice 3 star, it only cost a fraction of a 5 star. And we were out most of the day touring. So it made so much sense for my family. I would also strongly recommend it to others!

We stayed here for 3 nights.
We had 2 rooms.
The carpets in the room are super old and dirty.
My wife had a bad allergic reaction in the room, woke up with wheels on her skin.
My daughter also had a reaction in her room.
I had a small reaction on my skin, however went very quickly.
That said the breakfast is amazing at the hotel.
The staff are nice.
I would not stay here again due to the reaction my family and I had.

I had an amazing first experience of Jerusalem, Israel, Victoria Hotel was an amazing part of my 5 days in the city.
The hotel is very central and at walking distance to all areas. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, the buffet breakfast is very complete and has all that it needs to give you the strength to visit the city. I will definitely come back to the Victoria Hotel, as i left much of Israel to visit. Thank you. Ricardo and Nidia Dos Santos

Stayed at Victoria hotel for 11nights bday with my family. We got breakfast/suhor and dinner/iftar. Customer services was 11/10. So friendly and accommodating. Really went out their way during Ramadan. Always a smile on their face. Maan Autob really cares about his guest.

While clearing up an "invoice problem",someone entered my room and took cash and a bank card.Only noticing after cab driver drove me around and charged me every cent I had on me,leaving me no money to pay for shuttle.Stress full times.Leaving my camera as a deposit on the 60 shekels owed, this too ballooned to 165 shekels before I finally got it back.It all seemed like one big set up.Bad neighborhood ,bad hotel.
