Ramada is a nice hotel it has a nice view .And is located in the center of Jerusalem. The rooms r a little bit simple. . Its a nice place for a short visit. There are allot of bus stops around. And it not so expensive as other hotels around. They have a good kashrot too

The location is 7 minutes walk to the central bus station and Centre 1. Whilst the size of the room was ample, the condition left a lot to be desired. Thin, old and grubby carpets and although the rooms are non-smoking the strong smell of cigarettes from a room nearby filtered through. The bathroom towels were paper thin and we... More

Everyone in our group had negative remarks about the food, service and staff. Rooms were not cleaned and had used towels on the towel racks. We requested towels and had to go to the desk to get them. Rude desk personnel .

Hotel can get overfull and they cant cope with it! Stayed a few times here and its been the same every time! Check ure bill b4 u... More

We stayed on the 8th floor of this sad excuse of a hotel. Dirty Sheets. We had wet towels in the closet with no new towels in the bathroom. No new bags left in the trash cans. There was hair in the shower, showing it had not been cleaned. The staff behind the desk had to be the most rude,... More

I have stayed here many times. This visit, there were six staff in the restaurant talking and you could not get their attention. Repeated calls for maintenance to room were either ignored or misunderstood. I stayed in executive floor, and breakfast and snack offering appalling, with items such as milk for coffee not available.

I stayed here for one night because they have a great pool and spa. However the room is extremely plain for a $160 night hotel. The front desk staff were not always helpful; it has that same feeling at many hotels there however, somewhat backward. However, Surad was very helpful. No bath, just a shower, even though my booking said... More

Unsanitary and unsafe conditions of the Royal Crown Hotel We returned from Israel on Wednesday night, December 30, 2015. We took a tour by Cosmos../.Amiel...and for three nights we were put in the filthiest, most unsafe, terrible hotel that we have ever seen....The Royal Crown hotel in Jerusalem. It should be shut down. See my posts on Travel Advisor. ‬... More

I am 76 years of age and for the last few months had been walking on crutches. Three months ago I had a problem at the Remada hotel in West Jerusalem in which the security officer whose name as I was told was Matan was involved. Instead of helping me deal the problem he launched an unbelievable verbal attack which... More

Spent four nights here in early December while on a tour. Definitely a tour friendly hotel. Impressive lobby, but a bit cold, which sets the tone. Impressive at first place, but not much behind it. Rooms were fine, although the lack of wash clothes is a puzzle. We heard this was a possibility and brought our own. The other hotel... More
